McDonald's, Springfield Gardens NY

I don't eat fast food I cooked everything in needs to eat and getup every morning and make breakfast

This McDonalds took 10 cars in drive through in 10 minutes. The lady came out and took your order at the car. Great service and the best fries.

She girl at the window had no manners. Gave me attitude for no reason and there's was a piece of hair in my fries.

Very unprofessional staff. From the management right down to the employees. Always having private conversations aloud not pertaining to work. Hardly any customer service demonstrated. I hate going to this location.

They are very rude.the place is nice and clean but the manager is nasty to her fellow employees and they are nasy to the customer's.they don't even listen when your trying to speak to them.

You have to wait a long time for some one to take your order, then you have to wait a longer time to get your food. Only for them to always give you the wrong order. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Poor management and customer service skills

Worst customer service. Staff members and managers lied about customer having a weapon. 6 cop cars that lead to handcuffs. Fortunately let go after being thrown against a trailer and Intimidated.

Everytime I go because no where else is open 24 hr or early morning drive thru to work they screw up my order! Worst McDonalds ever

Parking lot is nasty, needs a sweep and a wash down. Area where they keep garbage is stink. Black ppl any business u see have a nasty parking lot or out front is nasty stop spending your money there, no matter how hungry you are.

Ba Da Ba Da Da I'm Loving it. Located in Queens NY near the conduit. The drive through service is nice, so are the staff.

One of the "out of the box" locations, which was very interesting in McDonald's part choosing A mansion as it's Brick and mortar location in NEW HYDE PARK.
