McDonald's, Macedon NY

I go there for my Son his a fan specially after a game of football or whatever season is in for sports but I do like their caramel Frappuccino so I always get a small one too why make a trip for my little guy and don't get me award lol

I ordered at the store through the mobile app. We got two Happy meals, a sandwich, a drink, and I ordered an extra dipping sauce. The extra dipping sauce was missing. The rest of the order was correct. My biggest problem was that all of the insides of the bags and Happy meal boxes smelled like weed. My 8-year-old asked why his Happy meal smelled like a skunk. I also had to remind the employee to hand me the rest of my order. They only gave me partial and told me to have a nice day.

Used the APP, very easy. Lots of deals, super friendly.

McDonalds has become an American ambassador. A burger slinging bringer of peace. Love filled buns. Yum. Thanks, macdonald. Very cool.

Always slow whether busy or not and this last time served us nearly raw burgers which we didn't realize till we got home.

The girl taking the orders was hard to understand. She had such a fake voice that she sounded like she had been sucking on a helium balloon

The Penfield location always gives me fresh food. Never taste old. McLovin it. Pun intended

Food was good and fast as well, mediocre service, drink bar dirty, all inside garbages were full of overflowing, so perhaps short-staffed and/or no thought to staff a front person. No big deal, it happens. I miss the old, pre-2011 standalone one down the road as opposed to the smaller one in another section from the gas station/convenience store.

Last few months, every time I go to this location, they put SO much salt on the burgers they are inedible.

Ordered food for two adults.the lady at the 2nd window seem bothered that i asked for ketchup, only gave me three even asked for more even a fresh mc chicken.didn’t get any good service.i asked for more and gave me three again, didn’t get any napkins in my bag, the food was a lil warm but not warm when i made it home

APP NOT WORKING PROPERLY. Not very helpful at window. Literally told me nothing they could do. Yes they could have.they could have just looked at my order on my phone and give it to me. Sending someone away saying they cant do anything is in my opinion the lazyvway out.

Like every mcdonalds there is always something missing. Didn't get mild sauce with our burritos. I've worked at a McDonald's before so I know the pressure and how fast you have to be.

I went there last night it took 10 minutes to get McChicken sandwich. There was a woman who came out for another customer when I asked her how long she was very unpleasant and rude. I went inside the manager was a young man who acted so stupid and the woman was rude again yelling at me. The day manager today acted like who cares. I go through there about 5x a week and get at least a soda. Well between all this I am not sure about going there again

Waa waa, won't describe food much, amen and thanks for service, if people whine, oh I thought areas are district beige, quality service, amen

Asked for no onions and this is what the burger looks like after I got done picking off all the onions, very unhappy with service.

So tired of getting charged for Add Mac sauce, no ketchup, no mustard when I ask for sub Mac sauce. There is a substitute button for a reason, I’m not getting extra sauce I’m asking for a different kind. Ridiculous.

It was ok they seemed to have a hard time today completing orders correctly. The girl at the counter was sincerely apologetic and very nice.

Always pretty good but alot of the time they make you pull up to 3rd window when no one is behind you so there drive through times stay low

So I came here for late lunch to have the coke taste flat and when i tell them she was sweet about it and gave us another cup to get a different drink, but when I go to fill up the cup I hear them talking about it saying I should of been ignored and been charged for another cup cause that’s all they want is money. What kind of people are you hiring this is completely rude! I hope they get fired!
