McDonald's, Farmington NY

Just went for curbside pickup. Received a raw chicken sandwich. Didn't have time to go back. Unacceptable! And I hope I don't get sick.

I came in to get my normal food that I always order, and the lady at the front said hi I’ll be right with you… so I said great and I was thinking I’ll only be waiting for just an second no big deal. So I waited… an few minutes go by and then an few more minutes go by and eventually just walked out and I couldn’t use the kiosk because I wanted to order McDoubles and it was still on morning breakfast. Terrible customer service.

My only complaint is that the orange juice is not worth the money. It's watered down every single time. Your better off just skipping it.

Otherwise the staff itself are great and quick majority of the time

The lady at the drive-thru window was absolutely amazing she asked if I wanted to pay with my McDonald's app and I explained to her that it glitches from time to time and will charge me for the food but then decline the card in the app and it then takes a act of Congress lol just to get my money back so quickly I told her no I'll just pay with my debit card and she tells me she sorry to hear that there was a problem and even though this happened at the canandaigua McDonald's this nice young lady said let us make it right and let my 5-year-old have his Happy meal for free and now just for that one act of random kindness I continue to go to that particular McDonald's because clearly they have people there that still care and they're amazing at customer service.

Bad service, order is wrong ALOT, never an offer of compensation for wasting your time and gas going back to get it right. And they are getting payed at least 15 dollars an hour. BEING PAYED WAY TOO MUCH FOR THE SERVICE THEY ARE GIVING. 3 TIMES IN A ROW NOW.

I saw the workers not wash their hands after using the bathroom. French fries stale, service horrible, no number system, still living the stone age. Never seen such a horrible mcdonalds, wasted 20 minutes of my time, waste of a mcdonalds just fire them all and replace them with robots. Even the coke was bad, some honey booboos all around the register. Never go here, big birtha couldn’t get the fries right. Too busy eating all the fresh ones

Forgot my sweet sour as I asked for it twice. And everything cold including the so called hot apple pies.shame full poor 12 dollar lunch.

It ain't McDonalds fault but you can go to a sit-down meal or what you can buy hamburgers for now the price of fuel and labor percent prices skyrocketing

Went here twice in the last month. Both visits were dine in. Nether visit was pleasant. Staff ignored dine in clients to the point that customers who wish to dine in need to order with whatever kiosk is working or yell into the kitchen area hoping to be acknowledged. Both times I had to wait over 20 mins for luke warm food. Is it too much to ask that the staff don't treat dine in client as a burden or actually give warm food? I thought the point of McDonalds was to get at leat warm food fast?

They are always open late, the drive thru is always crowded and it is better do online order and use the daily deals.
The only thing I have noticed when you eat in is that they don't keep the restaurant clean.

Much shorter hours and limited offering than other McDonald’s. Stop breakfast over an hour earlier than other locations!

This McDonald's is clean and fast when ordering. The drive thru tends to run a little slower with the new lane system and all.

Fast and friendly but I gave it a four stars because we got a 20 piece chicken nugget and they had it ready and a matter seconds and even though they were busy the food just barely warm.

I placed a mobile order ahead and arrived at the around 11: 55 then proceeded to wait at the speaker until 12: 01 when someone finally greets me informing me they are closed this is absolutely unacceptable

Best McDonald’s ever. Husband kept saying it’s a well oiled machine as we waited for our mobile order. Everything so fresh and delicious! Ordered cookies, and they were fresh from the oven, and like making them at home. Looked at menu while waiting, and the deals are out of this world. Wish we lived closer to this place. Perfect for any meal, or a need to eat after hitting breweries up! ️

This location makes every effort to do the best that they can. Nicely packed food, no grease on package. Friendly people. A good place to stop.

My go to for Breakfast, Quick service good coffee (I get mine black) also always round up to help Ronald McDonald House.
