McDonald's, Buffalo NY

Took my order, I paid, then they told me that they didn't have what I wanted, then made me wait 15 minutes for my refund, ill never eat there again, total losers.

They skipped over our order made use wait over 20 minutes till we said something then then acted like it was our fault that they skipped over it when they were more involved with the drive thru super understaffed. Then my boy fiancee got home and was instantly sick from eating what they gave him.

Very slow very unprofessional. The workers that have no get up about their self they just don't care taking a sweet time

Worst customer service ever so do not stop here they are slow and cant comprehend simple orders.the only one I know that never has the hi-c juice or sweet tea weeks at a time. You can order ahead still have to wait 30 minutes to get your food and it still be cold. Drive thru, curbside, and even take out takes 30 to 40 minutes just to place the order!

It was a nice stop over to get a quick bite. The staff was nice, service quick, and the town was nice. We didn't stay long and the staffing was doing their upmost to disinfect and adhere to the covid 19 regulations. A pleasant experience.

A lot of times the cheese is not melted on the burgers. I usually just get $1 cokes and free chicken nuggets from doing their online surveys

30 min wait for 3 vanilla ice cream. BUT, customer service was fabulous. The night manager was definitely courteous and friendly.

Slow, repeated order 3 times, still got it wrong, a simple quarter pounder with bacon. Yep no bacon. Will not return ever.

Ordered a happy meal they ran out of boxes so it came in a bag didn't notice until i pulled off the cheese burger was so hard like it was sitting for hours

10 min wait at the speaker no one spoke ppl could walkin an get better service. I had to drive out my way to get food this place needs a new manager

3 times I have tried.
3 times I have been disappointed.
Drive thru horribly slow.
Counter service is terrible.
Employee morale is terrible.
Wait time for dine in WAY above average.

I have tried for breakfast for myself.
I've been thru for DD in the afternoon.
I have tried late night on the way home.
Any time of day this location is the worst.
Please please please. Send someone from corporate to see this nonsense. @Carrols company.

It was ok I had to go through drive-thru and I can honestly say it was fast. Food was hot and I wasnt late for my lunch break. It was a good day

If I could give zero stars I would. Food was absolutely disgusting. Chicken nuggets were so dried out and fried in old grease so was the french fries. Me and my family ended up tossing our whole meal and drinks. Yuck! I asked around about that McDonalds and found out that's the McDonald's that Nobody goes too! Wish I got the heads up before. I forgot to add that when they handed me the Bag with my order in it, It had some type of sauce on the outside of the bag which got on my clothes ugh! Sloppy careless unprofessional. From the looks of the inside of the place looks clean from the outside looking in but the service sucks!

Worst mcdonald's on earth drive throw gave me attitude because she was backed up waited 25 minutes in drive thru just to get my order wrong.

I just went thru the drive thru it says online it closes at midnight but the guy at the window at 11: 25 pm told us it’s closed. This is on April 1 st. Hope the owner realizes he’s losing business by having lazy unreliable staff. Please save your business

Food was cold and not cooked workers not doing their job and sitting there talking to the customers do not come here for food you will get food poison

Very poor service bad cold food no air conditioning so hot in restaurant it was so uncomfortable and very short handed with works line of people waiting to order food management are very rude and not friendly at all also very over priced for fast food as well very disappointed

Sometimes theyre slow for no reason ive worked at mcdonalds before and if its food ur waiting on yell it back dont wait for the world to come to an end

Always friendly staff. But it seems that the drive thru orders get priority. I've waited 10 minutes to place an order and then another 5-8 minutes to receive my order when I have walked in.
