McDonald's, Mahopac NY

The lady's that work there give you attitude for no reason very rude. Your here to do your job not be mad at a person because you messed up their food. It's not nice to be rude to people when you mess up they order.

I just ordered a happy meal through uber eats from here and this McDonald’s decided not to send food in the happy meal for my daughter. I called them & complained & they told me they couldnt do anything about it. HORRIBLE SERVICE! 0 stars.

Good McDonald's restaurant. My reason for taking off one star is that I find the location noisy and parking difficult- not fault of business management.

3 people ahead of me as well as myself and 2 others had our orders completely wrong and then when we finally got our orders the burgers were ice cold and the chicken nuggets and sandwiches we burnt to the point where we had to throw it out. This is the second time this happened at this location in Mahopac and we definitely won't be back to this location

Pretty good. Order through the app and you are more likely to have everything in the order right. Staff is pretty fast.

This McDonalds is on a bicycle touring trail but they are very anti bicycle. I tried to start day two of my tour with a stop here and I brought my bicycle into the large and mostly empty McDonald’s and tucked it into a corner and went to order. The manager at the counter YELLED at me as I was trying to order from her to get my bicycle out. They don’t have bicycle racks and bikes get stolen. Not to mention my loaded panniers. I’ve never had a problem in any business asking if I can leave my bicycle x y or z when it’s loaded for a tour. But this McDonald’s somehow is the exception? And they waited til I was ordering? No thanks. If you’re on the Empire State trail touring try the diner nearby.

Always reliable for a good quick bite to eat and they have always been friendly to all customers. The only bad thing I have to say is get the buttermilk chicken tenders back those were amazing I can't believe there gone. But all seriousness 7/10 on my review you have got to get the good classic stuff back guys

Pulled in the drive thru at 10: 59 and at 11: 00 was speaking to a worker and I was told I can’t get breakfast.normally I don’t write bad reviews but come on i’m on the dot you’re really going to say no I doubt there isn’t stuff already there

Very dirty, garbage and food all over the floor, tables not wiped down. They watched as I cleaned my table. Many workers standing around behind the counter doing nothing or on cell phones. I won't be back, hello Burger king.

This McDonald’s is the best I have hade in my life it has many choices of food and drinks and updates it menus often location in Mahopac, ny putnum county

The McDonald's in Mahopac is a hot mess I've GM'ed fast casual restaurants most of my career and this place was great after they reopened but since then I have not been able to go back and have even ok service in my last 3 visits I haven't received my full complete order once and when I questioned it I was looked at like I messed up sorry McDonald's franchise Mahopac you lost a customer.

Train your staff better

This McDonald's is just not organized as yet! Confused people taking orders.orders going back for wrong items.and food not up to par. For example.their crispy chicken sandwich is not even comparable to Popeyes crispy chicken sandwich.which is superb! Wasn't impressed at all with McDonalds.

Great service very kind people, Get my Breakfast burritos when I can. I am disabled and can't drive.they're more than happy to give them to me throughout the day and evening, I add to them, As you can see and then I roll up and bake for 3 minutes.

Please call the location in New Windsor and ask them how to make an iced coffee. Whatever you guys are doing in Mahopac is a crime. The coffee is absolutely disgusting, tastes bitter and looks like supersaturated iced tea. It's pure basura. The location in New Windsor, delicious every single time. Get it together Mahopac, its.coffee!

Coffee was good, i had to order it black. I can't have dairy, and they don't offer almond or oat milk.they don't cater to food allergies, so there's nothing for me

A while ago this McDonald's used to be terrible. Now it’s amazing. No more wrong orders, and the food is always really good. No more half cooked burgers, stale fries, or broke ice cream machines. Everything is just good every time i go here. I actually am lovin it.

I'm a door dasher and the manager victor was very rude to me after I asked to use the restroom and informed him I was a dasher and he decided to threaten my job after I ask for the corporate number.

5 stars for take-out, since the line here is forever long. The portions are small but super flavorful. Makes sense to split a few things with a friend.
