McDonald's, Cuba NY

Rarely do I get a fresh meal from any McDonald's let alone this one these days. You'd think with the amount of money they make now they'd be able to actually serve fresh food, and the correct order. Oh and the kid running the cash window was rude, when asking him about the order he just says your receipts right there and closes the window. So they apparently can't even be friendly or deal with questions some of the times.

Every single time, no matter the time of day some.machine that you want something from is, "down for maintaining" I'll just spend my $$ someplace else.

Worst sandwiches from any McDonald's I have been to ever. Didn't get a receipt with my order. Probably for them to avoid a bad survey. Go somewhere else in Cuba or keep moving!

Absolutely the RUDEST cashier I've spoke to ZERO PERSONALITY.
I confirmed my order (making sure there was cheese on my order) and she sighed so loud. I know they are short staffed. I am too.but MY people are NICE or they don't run ny window.
I spoke with manager and she said "yeah we are working with her on her person skills"
No im sorry.no nothing

This is a decent McDonalds, quick and accurate service. I didn't go in so I can't comment on cleanliness of restaurant or restrooms, unfortunately.

Haven't been here in while. Food wasn't as bad as I remember. Fish sandwiches were hot and had the right amount of sauce.

Same as always, orders are never right, fresh fries are old fries, never give napkins, I have no more words for mcdonalds.

Good mcdonald's, clean and good location to stop off the interstate. Fast off, hop back on.

By far the worst mcd I've been been to. Fries were cold. Sandwich was sloppy. I'm glad it's not the mcd closest to me

Recently remodeled and updated.
Because this is right off highway 86 cuba exit, typically steady business throughout the day. They have two self order stations as well as customer service at counter and drive thru. Back area large enough for trailers to pull in and park. Couple tables in front. Restrooms were clean when I used it. Typical wait and service for fast food/mcdonalds.

Waited five minutes at the counter before using the kiosk. They only care about drive thru times at all of their locations, corporate encourages this behavior.

Food: 2
The food was mostly bad. Fries were fine and my daughter liked her happy meal toy but her not the nuggets. The chicken sandwich was slapped together and kinda gross.

Sustainability: 1
Unsurprising that McDonalds uses an overabundance of single use plastic and other unrecyclable waste. Enough has been said about their supply chain so I'm not going to beat a dead horse.

Safety: 2
An employee and a guest were not wearing a mask and we're still in the midst of a global pandemic.

This McDonald’s is not too bad. There is parking for your semi as well. It’s overnight parking for your truck. The staff is nice and provides fast service. The new remodel is nice. They have nice decor up on the walls. The bathrooms are also clean.

Prices are getting WAY out of control. Staff acts like they hate working there. Food was cold. About done with McD's. There are way too many options now that the prices have gone up so much.

Logan got cold hard nuggets. Our fries had so much salt on them i had to scrape it off & shake it off before eating. They were cold. Was really surprised at the increased cost.

While we found tables restricted in an effort to stop the spread of virus, we had to ask for our table to be cleaned. Which was quickly done, however other tables that had been recently vacated were left uncleaned. More effort to clean tables and seats between customers is needed.

I rarely have good results going to this particular McDonald's. I ordered a large buttermilk chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was barely room temperature, the fries were dry and hard. The only decent part of the meal was the Diet Coke. For $12.98? Seriously? I could go to a restaurant where they wait on me and pay the same price for the same meal.

Love this location. Excellent food and service and the coffee is awesome. The kids and I go to this location at least once a week.

They never get your order right and you always have to pull forward and wait for your order then pull around and get the right food. Very annoying.
