Breakfast Restaurant McDonald's reviews
12The managers and staff that work here are such kind and amazing people. They deserve more pay.
Drive thru worker was rude, this is the second time I’ve come here and gotten awful treatment. Didn’t finish my order, I just left. Lost a customer
Had to order 3x! No one there knew meaning of deluxe lol really? Very rude employee too, actually threw the sandwich at me, really?
The whole place smells like weed. The staff “lost” my order after just placing and lying for it. Forgot half of it forgot all my drinks and came me the worst time when asking for them gave me an attitude when trying to correct the order.
Horrible chicken sandwich. They gave me 2 small, dried, Chewy, and tasteless pieces of chicken- is that normal?
Management is very unprofessional. Had to wait to for a replacement to an order I made that was obviously OVER COOKED! Poor language from management while waited patiently. Also, absolutely no proper customer service from the intercom cashier; over talked me during the whole exchange without helping me with my issue.
The McDonald's at 1701 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14610 is VERY fast and knows how to make the food consistent. Nice job.
Thank you McDonald's for your fast, friendly, and efficient service! In other words I just want to say thanks for keeping it real! Everyone that works here deserves a raise!
Mount Hope McDonalds is just like many other burger places in town. It is located in the College Town part of Rochester, very close to UR Strong hospital.
Came on a Sunday night around 9: 40pm when it was supposed to be open. The lady at the drive thru said it was closed, even though the hours specified 11pm as closing. I've noticed the same thing at some of the other McDonald's in the area. The franchisee (or McDonald's Corporation if corporate owned) needs to do a reappraisal of their business hours if a change occured. Looks unprofessional otherwise.
CO2 down, can't order frappes, can't get an order right on grubhub to save their life
