McDonald's, Derby NY

2/23 next day. Assistant manager took my name and number to have the general manager call me today about not refunding me. Of course, no call. They really don't care about customer service.

2/23 continues to be the worst place to order food in Derby. I wish I could give 0 stars. Cold fries, hard buns and when I drove right back thru the drive thru they couldn't refund me because I ordered on the app, and didn't have the card I use on the app with me. So I was charged and have nothing for it. I wish they would just close the doors and make room for a better franchise. They are the worst ever!

Took my order right away through the drive-thru. Went to the first window waited like 5 minutes pulled ahead to the second window finally paid then they tell me they're out of apple pies how the hell can you be out apple pies you put them in the microwave for 2 minutes anyway. Anyway the service and attitude was so bad I almost canceled my entire order. This is the Angola/Derby McDonald's. The guy at the second window was too busy talking to a friend of his pretty rude for an older gentleman!

The manager was completely unprofessional, complaing loudly about us while we were sitting at the opened window. Complaing loudly about us as we only wanted the order we placed and recieved. To top it off our sprite was just soda water.

Only went there for the Mcrib which they didn't serve anymore. I don't eat red meat due to heart concerns. Don S.

Drive thru took almost 10 mins all to have to just pull forward and wait. Then was told that the Happy meal was sold out but I was able to order chicken nuggets and fries and a large drink as I'm scratching my head wondering how the Happy meal is sold out. By ordering it that way it cost me $9 instead of the normal $4.99 what a joke. I guarantee you I will not be going back to this place ever again!

I hate doing a 1 star, but I need to warn people. About 25% of my fries tasted like they were made with rotten grease; I'm familiar with this taste; it was super gross, and I spit some out. This has never happened to me at a McDonald's before.
I'm not in the area long, but I definitely don't plan on coming back.

The cheese burgers that I purchased were terrible, they were paperthin, the meat was so thin I couldn't believe it

They make my food right every time. The staff is very friendly. Will definitely be returning

It's a small town McDonald's but it's really good and all around my favorite one. I'll leave the city just for a burger here when I want McDonald's.

October 19 6: 45 i waited for my food thru driveway for 26min. The two workers didn’t acknowledged me and looked lost when the place was almost empty. 6cars behind me bounced. If i was rude i wouldve said something but as i figured one was new others not. Also coffee was not made

Didn’t even get food. The last two times I’ve came to this location have been absolutely atrocious. I sat in the drive thru line for 20 min and didn’t even move. I finally pulled out and went somewhere else. I understand lack of workers because everyone is lazy, but it doesn’t explain why the interior of this McDonald’s is so disgusting. Uncleared tables, spilled food on the floor, dirty bathrooms… it’s gross. The franchise owner should be EMBARRASSED!

Drive thru is always slow and orders are usually missing something. Ordered ahead online today to have my order processed and then be told they are closed.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had repeated my order 6 different times they got it wrong every time obviously by this point I'm frustrated they're giving attitude have had 5 different excuses and then I finally decide to leave and the manager along with workers flipped me off yelling have a nice day whole staff should be fired and rehire new people because this is the opposite of an experience customers should have I worked in the food and customer service industry for years and have never exhibited such unprofessional behavior especially over me doing my job wrong

Fries were cold, burgers were cold and rubbery and buns were stale! This is the second time. Stay away!

I miss the days when you can walk in sit down and have a nice breakfast at McDonald's

The people hardly pay any attention, didn't offer our drink glasses, didn't offer napkins or anything. The bun on my burger was jard as a rock.
