McDonald's, Riverhead NY

Great love the new slushy machine in there. I can't eat in there as they no longer serve grilled chicken or salads. The 15 yr old in house loves the fries. Great workers!

Picked up a DoorDash and waited 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready. Manager was incompetent. Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to

When you cannot get an explanation as to why you think your overcharged because of a language barrier and receive a huge attitude because of frustration. Then, get shook down by homeless on the front lawn of a family restaurant, you really gotta have second thought about going there again. Sorry

So far nothing but bad experiences from McDonald's and all I do is get a double cheeseburger with fries consistency is supposed to be spot on but a lot of times it's not fries are not cooked right they're either soggy and burger is sometimes feels like damn cardboard or greasy cardboard no flavor

For some reason whenever I placed my order and reached the window to pay, they never have an order for me. The woman would just stop talking and everything gets quite. Maybe it is her tradition not to talk to black person.

I had a bad experience with the staff at this location Manager was very nasty and food was not served right i will never go back to this McDonald's

Very rude bad service. It looks like The girl at the counter didn’t like her job she for got my sugar. Creamer. Sauce. Spoon basically everything and she got upset when I asked her for it

I usually like going to this one when in Riverhead but this time they completely messed up my order i didnt get the juice box with the happy meal and they put ketchup and mayo on my chicken sandwich when I asked for extra pickles and cheese but besides that one mess up theu are pretty good.

Located on river park in the town of Riverhead. A body of water runs thru the rear of this location. The ambiance of the environment is excellent. A well serviced location. Hot quick delicious food.

Thor toy was at this location. Each McDonald's has a single toy. You have to collect all 10 to put them together.

Very clean. Fast courteous service. Food was hot. Too high calorie to eat there regularly but a tasty treat once in a while.

Took a little time for someone to come to take my order from the drive thru. Food was fine but next time will probably order fries without salt and salt on the side so that they are fresh.

It’s McDonalds. Their fabulous training systems make it hard for you not to have a good experience in their restaurants!

Everytime I come here, staff is so nice. Food is always hot and fresh. I go out of my way to come to this store.

Would use bathroom again. Service and food, can't comment. Five stars for bathroom alone.

My boyfriend's quarter pounder was dry and tasteless he stated. The fries were hot and fresh so that was cool. McDonald's food is never really the best. This was an act of desperation.
