McDonald's, Long Island City NY

Hi I went to McDonald’s tonight to buy something with change. And I waited and waited by the cashier machine that was open still. People working there just ignored me. There was a bunch of people waiting behind me in the line. Then like 20 mins later a lady working there took my order. The business there very horrible. Needs new workers.

If you want to be cursed out or hung up on, then definitely call this mcDonalds. There’s a big black guy and a West Indian/Hispanic guy with long black hair who like to act tough over the phone but then run and hide when you go up there to confront them. They also will tell you their name is Steven and when you go up there, they will tell you Steven doesn’t work there. Watched them standing in the front, not doing any work and ignoring customers. Except for the 2 guys who ran to the back because they were scared of a woman.

Just waited 20 minutes. For $3.00 bundle and large sweet tea, that didn't taste so sweet. And, witness awful manager skills at this location, when serving customers. Please remember the customers is always right! Especially the children.

Great service and clean establishment however as soon as you walk in a worker is harassing you to you the kiosk even after you tell them you want to go to the cashier instead. Food was hot and fresh so I guess that's what's most important

Be nice if they served customers in the store and at the drive thru first. These Grub hub, Uber orders are given priority. Thats just wrong. Bad policy.

FYI, the play area is closed right now. Not going to give it 5 stars because, come on, it's a McDonald's. But it's clean, the staff is friendly, and it's good fast service.

They are so rude. I was going to buy food. Didnt buy bcs of their rudeness. Even you go to bathroom, they watch you. I never saw this kind of behavior on any macdonalds. I will never go on this location again.

Only wanted a strawberry milkshake. 6 min later I get a warm strawberry sundae that they made into a milkshake. I returned to get a refund. She made me another "milkshake" because she said they messed up the first one. Drove away and drank it. Now it was a semi-cold strawberry sundae that they blended to make a smoothie. I stopped eating mcdonalds years ago and now I remember why

Order food and this McDonald's always forget something please always check your order. I order a happy meal for my son and they forgot his toys and apple juice. Food also sometimes comes out cold make sure your fries comes out hot. Needs work this McDonald's. Prices well not worth it if food is always not given.

Lovely atmosphere in the back to dine. Nice, quiet and spacious. But not much choice for a reasonable, economical priced meal to choose from. My double cheese burger very nice and tasty. Good management.

When you seek consistent taste quality and freshness fast and no chance of a poor burger, nuggets are hot and busy McD serves fast! Hey spices nugget deserves permanent home on menu

When it comes to “Uber eats” the service is not great. I was missing part of my order and when I called the young lady had no clue how to help and didn’t seem to care.if it was just 1 item ok but it was 3 items.

They said it 24 hours but they lock the doors at 11: 40 and say that your not allowed to order unless you have a car and can go through the drive through the food taste like trash and the workers are disrespectful and can never get the order right or you have food missing don't bring your kids or friends or family here its like they wanted me to make a bad complaint last night I and the prices are too expensive they had me out side in the cold sanding there letting cars go before telling me I can't order unless I have a car and can go through drive through so I went to another mc Donald's location smh the need better service they are lazy and should be shut down

Describing a place like this its hard because the franchise is worldwide know
The food and the flavors are similar in all of them but the customer service is one factor
I have different feelings from the drive-thru and the inside orders are the opposite the food its the same but attention makes difference just be careful how you talk an how you order or your order can be wrong

This restaurant has amazing service as well as yummy meals. One of my favourite spots ever. The meals arrived rapidly and the rates were reasonable. Recommended.
