McDonald's, Staten Island NY

I'm definitely seeing an improvement at this location regarding the staff friendliness and professionalism compared to the past few years. It was pleasantly shocking to hear the drive through teller being kind and attentive. My order was correct and still hot. I hope they keep it up.

Now that the McDonald’s express on Hylan closed down this is officially the Worst McDonald’s on the island Constantly coming back because they forget to put things inside the bag. Burgers are always made sloppy with ketchup all over the top of the bun and wrapper. Nastiest workers too

If you want a good example of how NOT to run a business this is your place service was terrible took about 10 minutes to take an order with no customers in store or in drive thru food looked like a 5 year old child made it and place was dirty bathrooms were closed very sad been going there for years never saw it like this

As a small business owner myself I always like to highlight and promote the good things of any business. However, I would like to know who's running this McDonald’s!?

It’s McDonald’s how do you mess up a big Mac the burgers were burnt old and dry! The fries were old as well. Ordered an additional two burgers and they were prepared lazy and horrible.

The worst on on the island and the phone don't work not only this visit they forget items in my order this time it was 20 pcs nuggets last time was fish on the sandwiches was just bun and lettuce they mess something up and for get items there's not a time they don't

This is the WORST McDonalds ever! Im not ine to write reviews but this experience warrants it. These employees need ti be retrained in customer service especially the manager who refused to give her name. Brandon the csr who took our order was utterly incompetent and refused to correct his mistake. This location should be shut down.

The last couple of times there's been an issue and today I went through the drive-thru the wait was way too long and the coffee is absolutely undrinkable it is so acidic and I think the coffee was burned I can't even drink it

Fresh fast food but the bathroom needs to be a little better with cleanliness. Staff is super nice

Today I took my 5 year-old Triplets To the McDonald’s on Page Avenue for the last time. There was an incident something was going on with an older man who came in and was yelling at an employee About something that happened in the parking lot. Another mom had to break it up and tell the older gentleman to leave which he did. The employee continued to rant for a good 10 minutes loud enough for everyone in the place to hear.there were 4 Adults and 9 children dining. The behavior of the employee Matt was ridiculous and rude that even my five-year-old wanted to know why he was yelling at the grown-up. Very disrespectful to do at a family place when children are around. All of us were telling each other how it is our last time there. McDonald’s needs to do better screening and hiring on their people

TJ is the best manager ever! He deserves a raise. He made me and my friend a special Oreo milkshake when usually it’s just mcflurys! Also tasted bomb! Peace and love Gabriella

The most INCOMPETENT STUPIDEST employees! Placed a mobile order to bring home for dinner. After getting home and unpacking my order I realized items missing. I sent my son back with receipt and they questioned why didn’t I check my order before leaving, what an ignorant foolish response is that? I was livid! Is it the customer’s responsibility to check, isn’t that their job?
So angry I called corporate to make a complaint. I will NEVER go there again!

Has to be the worst McD ever. Used the app to order which you must pay for your order. Person told me that I didn't pay and wanted me to pay and I showed them that I did. Customer behind me asked for extra ketchup for their order and was told there was already two packets in their bag. My stuff finished and was given to me all loose (two Big Macs, fries, chicken nuggets, kids meals, shakes). I had to ask for a bag which was then just thrown on top of my stuff. After all that I had to check everything. Asked where the extra fries that was the second side for the two kids meals. She told me there weren't any. I showed her the order that showed "extra" kids fry. She called someone over and they said they gave a bigger size to take care of the "extra". Why didn't the first person say that, I don't know. BTW, the fries picture shown is my fries that I received. I'm so glad they filled it up (sarcastic). If I could give it 0 stars I would.

If there's one thing I really dislike doing is writing a bad review for anyone. As a small business owner myself I always like to highlight and promote the good things of any business. However, I would like to know who's running this candy shop? Mark 8 out of 10 times we go there for breakfast there is no decaf coffee. The young servers don't know how to smile and be polite. I would invite the management team to contact me to discuss some of these issues that we've had over the past 6 months or more. At 1 time there was an older staff on board that did an excellent job. What happened to them?

I don't do Apps or delivery. I just walk in, greet the staff (who are always nice to me) order my food, then either sit down, or take it to go. No issues, good eats!

Today I came with my kids all the food and the coffee were very cold, the fries was very lil amount not like we ordered the gave us small size and the order was medium, the sandwich was only the chicken and nothing else
