McDonald's, Brooklyn NY

It’s been plenty of times where I order food and ask and pay for their hot picante salsa and I NEVER RECEIVE IT. SUPER FRUSTRATING and the workers in this place are just so disgusting and rude even the manager is so rude. This place sucks

Ordered for pickup since 8: 13am and it 8: 23am and I’m still here and they say they don’t see my order the workers here are VERY DISGUSTING AND RUDE I was speaking to them and nobody answered me. The manager is also rude I kept showing her the order and she said it’s not here I walked out of here 8: 26 now I am late for work I will never eat from there again ever!

Horrible Customer Service. I tried to order a Christmas family meal that was clearly stated "No Purchase Required". This needs to be fixed asap.

I ordered guava pies from door dash… they called me and asked me “do you want an apple pie? ” With the worst communication ever… i said “no i ordered guava pie” they then said “okay u have to wait 15 minutes” i said “okay” they still didnt send it … they sent my meal plus a kid size apple drink little size box of juice… no straw for my other drink and no pies no apple pies or guava pies…. Im calling them and no one picks up. Im so aggravated!

This mcdonald's hires a bunch of slow people who can never get orders right. The manger does not care if his employees are doing a bad job. The food is very dry and doesn't taste good. Expect many costumers to get heated when they go to this mcdonalds. One costumer recently threw an object threw their window out of frustration due to rude costumer service.

I used to love Mick flurries but since I went to this McDonald I don’t think I can get to one without being to anxious ever again. When I was eating my Oreo vanilla Mc flurry with my children we found three big pieces of rubber in are mic flurries the picture below is one of them and we probably accidentally swallow even more! Needless to say I am never going back to the Coney Island ave McDonald ever again

Very rude manager (male in the a.m.) came twice and both times he talks to you like he has a chip on his shoulders. The place is kind of dirty food is average.the codes for the deals never scan right. Place needs an upgrade for sure.

Went at 11: 05pm and they said they were closed. They're listed to close at midnight. Also if you go a hour before they close, they no longer serve most of the menu. One of the crappier McDonald's around.

Great place to get obese. Keeping this real. McDonald's make great light snacks, but be careful eating their food for complete meals. Don't take my words for it, advise with your food or medical nutritionists. In my most humble opinion, the only item on their menu fit for daily consumption is the affordable unsweetened iced tea.

This location was listed as open. I go through the drive-thru and sat at the machine to order for 8 minutes. Maybe the last order was big. No one never acknowledged that I was there. So, I drove around to the window. The manager and another employee looked in my direction and never came to the window to see how they could help me. I beeped the horn and was waving my hand. Just RUDE!

Oscar honored my mobile coupon when my app kept crashing. I appreciate the flexibility and professionalism for even a small purchase.

I’m assuming she’s a Mexican lady, wasn’t that nice when I did ask to pour a lil coffee in my cup cuz it was tooo milky. But young a

Quick, efficient, and straight to the point.once you get inside they greet you and ask how can I help you today. Very rare so take advantage of the staff. Clean bathrooms n dining area. Food is on point. Always fresh do to drive thru customers.

I did get all the ingredients of my chicken sandwich but unfortunately the lettuce a tomato were under the sandwich and the mayo was all over the top bun.

I was craving hotcakes from the big breakfast. I ordered it with a few other things and rushed to work. After checking my bag I realized they left out the one thing I wanted which was the hotcakes pancakes and received just the butter and syrup instead. I was disappointed for sure. Plus the hash brown was over fried to the point that it wasn't edible️.
