I went through the drive up with my daughter. Service was good and we got our order quickly. Recommend it for a quick meal.

My most recent two visits to this McDonald's have been incredible. While they had undoubtedly been struggling due to the effects of the pandemic, this team is certainly turning this back around.

I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady who had taken care of me in the drive thru tonight, but she deserves all the best in life.

Worst service ever. Had to wait 30 minutes for cheeseburger and fries. The staff behind the counter was very inappropriate cursing and talking about personal issues for all to hear. Dirty tables and sticky floor. Never will do business there again. If I could post with 0 stars I would.

Food is not as good as it used to be before the remodel and there's a manager named Donna that shouldn't be in charge of our own soft let alone a restaurant

This is the most disorganized and shabbily ran McDonald's I've ever experienced. I understand COVID has impacted many places, but this comes from even before pandemic era problems.

Today I went and ordered a very simple meal. A chicken sandwich, and a drink (which is self serve). This restaurant does not take orders at the counter and you must use the kiosk. I waited for 20 minutes and saw on the screen my order number was in the "now serving" section. It was never brought to the counter. People were coming to the counter asking where their orders were, and despite having a list on their screen in the back and looking at it the sole employee at the desk was taking orders from people who already placed their orders without confirming anything. I saw a handful of college kids walk up to the front no receipts in hand taking advantage of the chaos asking for food that the clearly hadn't ordered in the first place.

I saw a family walk up to ask about where their order was, they asked for five 6pc McChickens. This was then changed to "oh no, these are supposed to be 10pc" after verbally stating the orders were for 6pc, they also added in hamburgers that were missing. Who knows what the original order was to be.

After an hour has passed and my patience was done I walked up to ask about my order - again - I needed to give my order to the staff - who repeated it back to me WRONG 3 times - again, this was for a chicken sandwich, and a drink. I was told that order was already filled and was for drive-thru. A couple seconds later I am given my sandwich after it's grabbed by a manager from the back kitchen area.

I don't understand how this place can possibly operate this way.

If a restaurant is doing "kiosk only" to social distance, but you need to verbally tell the staff your order anyways - what's the point?

I wish I could say this was a result of the pandemic, but my experience at this place as been abysmal long before the first COVID news article landed. Before the pandemic I never ate here with a group of people where multiple orders weren't forgotten or given to the entirely wrong people.

On the bright side I guess you can just walk in and ask where your order is for a free meal.

Literally, THE WORST McDonald's.at 5pm on Dec 3rd, I left my job with only 30 minutes to get some food and a cup of black coffee, and get back to finish my work. No time to turn around and go back.
My sandwich was old, cold, and the coffee was white. Not black.l, as I specified.
This is not the first time, but it's a regular occurrence at this particular location. So I'll go somewhere else in the future. Thanks for ruining my night. By the way, I'm ALLERGIC TO MILK, so I'll be working all night with no coffee. Wow where do they find these people?

We didn’t get a receipt so we had no idea what our number was. They were low on change. The soda was awful no carbonation. I spilled a drink in the front lobby and it took at least 20 minutes to clean it and guy cleaning it up used fowl language! The tables were not clean. I would not recommend this McDonalds.

The person taking your orders only puts in what they want you to order they don't listen to you. They think they know best. I called corporate and they told me the franchise owner would reach out to me. He or she must be a coward I haven't heard anything from them. So, to hell with this place it's a joke.if you go here you will be entering a Communist establishment. That is all. Also, wait times are 30 minutes or more. So good luck. Also, expect to get stale bread! The hot coffee is cold if you order a cold coffee you get a warm coffee it doesn't make sense now does it? What a joke. I wish I could get my money back that won't happen.

I paid for my friends and me and the machine didn’t give me a receipt. I waited for my order and when I asked they made me ready the whole order like if I remember the whole order. It was the dine in option too.

I'm not impressed with services at the location.they either have staff shortage, or people are not trained, either way I'll won't be back.

32min Wait, still bread, not what I ordered, no fries, iced tea with no ice. Terrible customer service said 2 words the whole time, More drive offs than customer served. How on Earth do they stand business

Waited 30 minutes (at some point i just decided to see how long it would even take) in the drice thru for a drink. Started in line just outside the door on the backside. No idea what takes so long but this is consistent, and anyone I talk to has similar experience with this store in particular. Staff do not interface with you whatsoever.

Not to good the food looked old
and the fried were cold. I honestly hate to complain because the staff was nice but just understaffed.

Acceptable enough McDonalds with some consistent issues. First of all, the interior sounds like an emergency room. They don't play music, and the beeping from various kitchen gadgets is deafening. They also routinely forget to give you various items from your order, or give the wrong item. Other than that, it's a standard Mickey D's. Whoever manages this one needs to step up their game. And please for the love of god stop the maddening beeping noises, or at least play some music.

Edit: downgrading this to a 1 star, I’ve been stuck in line several times for 45 minutes at this place. I’ve also placed an order for inside, been locked outside with no way in, and therefore no way to pick up the order. It’s been consistently like this for over a year

The wait time at this location is ridiculous. The inside has 0 customers yet, the drive thru time is 20 minutes to get to the intercom. I've been waiting for 15 minutes sense then and haven't even reached the pay window.

It is slow food not fast food. Not worth the wait mostly bc I had to repeat my order bc they didn’t have it. Terrible place.

This is the slowest and most poorly run McDonald's I've ever been too, but you know. 15$ an hour. There is 1 person who is friendly and knows what they are doing, but she's never here. 20 minutes in drive thru when cars were only to the intercom

Chronic long waits and incorrect orders. Staffing issues like everywhere else. Go elsewhere.
