McDonald's, Spring Valley NY

Why do they always claim their machine is broken. This is the third day I am going there asking for a late and they say their machine is broken. Y’all need to get it together.

This McDonald’s is sooooo SLOW! Every time I come here at night 1+ hour waiting cara behind leaving and all. Today, I’ve waited 40 minutes behind a car in the pick up window insane!

It qas always fun go there, my kids always enjoy fries and soda. We love to have fish sandwich? Fresh and healthy

It's a good place for a quick breakfast. I went through the drive up and continued on my way.

Food was ordered on mobile app, freshly made when you hit arrived at store. Respectful employees

They got my order wrong and while speaking to the cashier. The manager budded in and was telling and saying that she was the manager and was extremely rude, unprofessional and doesn't belong ng in food service or any job dealing with the public. She is a disgrace to McDonald's and should be fired

Have you wait 45 minutes with only 2 cars in the drive through, then wait until you're at the window to tell you its cash only.

Why the door close between 8-9 Only drive through these Nanuet employees are so lazy. They refused to let the door open! It’s ridiculous they are so slow

Went to a drive thru and the person taking the oder couldn't hear a single order. Had to make me repeat it like 5 times and missed an order.

Not so great the bread was so hard stale took it back the girl that waited on me was not that friendly and professional

Went to McDonald’s in spring valley and there sausages were green how does fresh sausages turn green molded I bit into it & lost my whole appetite I will NEVER come back I will not recommend anyone come here cause that’s just disgusting & the lady worker was very disrespectful poor service!

Fast and clean restaurant with reliable staples. It's conveniently located off the highway and next to a major commuter-rail terminal to NYC, so sometimes traffic can be bad. The ordering kiosks work well, but not everything goes through as I had to ask and employee for sauces that I had requested in the kiosk. The employees were very friendly though! Maybe one employee looked a bit bewildered, but I think he was just new.

Something tells me they’re understaffed.
If you don’t back out fast enough, you’ll be trapped here indefinitely. At least you can turn your car off and save some of that $5 gasoline…

The rest room was clean. The coffee was OK, the burger was almost as tasty as a warm piece if cardboard. No toppings, no condiments. The star was attentive ineffective. Much better value at White Castle

They need to rotate the workers. This crew has been there too long. No matter what time of day you go there you will wait ten or more minutes for a cup of coffee. They are not under staffed, they are just slow. In a caucasion neighborhood that poor level of service would not be tolerated.

Last I went.was on the drive through lone a while to then find out the fire alarm went off and I had to go somewhere else. The worker seemed to have told one person because she skipped a bunch of people. Also going here often through the drive-through check your items, they forget things.

Customer service? We’re? I stand in line for five minutes without even being acknowledge all they did was attend to the drive-through I just walked out. Go to McDonald’s in Nanuet Wendy’s hundred percent better customer service!
