McDonald's, Ovid NY

It's McDonalds, so you all know what the food is like. On the other hand, they'll get your order right here, and get it to you quickly. Been to a few locations lately where a burger and fries has taken up to 30 minutes - not so here. Just a few minutes after ordering this was in our hands. Thanks!

10/10 times your order will be wrong or missing multiple items. If I could give zero stars I would.

Staff seem to be on break when I arrived. This inevitably caused a backup at the counter. The drive thru was at a stand still. Causing the order I was trying to pick up to be delayed, just because half of the employees were decidedly on a break without ensuring the appropriate level of coverage to take care of the customers who were waiting to be helped

What you would expect from this chain. It is a good spot for hot food, pretty quick. No complaints when we stopped. Being connected to a gas station is convenient. It is set up with a little eat in and more drive through or to go. Person we talked to took our order accurately and food came out as ordered in a timely manner.

The fries were to salty, big Mac was awful, so I wasted 20.00 for my boyfriend an I. Ovid mcds, awful. We need our money back, we had to throw it away.

It's a McDonald's. Just went through a remodel. Very clean. Seems to have a smaller selection than a regular stand alone McDonald's. Also prices are a smidge higher.

Service was fast & accurate. The food was not that fresh. No one likes nuggets that have been sitting around.

Did not get what I ordered fries were cold 3 bad experiences all done with that McDonald's

Service was OK, but the food, the fries must have been on the warmer for 24 hrs! Tough and chewy.

What can I say, it's McDonalds although I will say the service was very good for fast food.

The service was good, easy to get our food too. Only issue is that I got a large frappe and it was like a medium, barely any caramel or whip cream. The machines and cups are suppose to help you measure so I'm not sure why I got ripped off.

We stop at this McDs whenever we are on our way to camping in the Finger Lakes National Forest - it's also convenient with the gas station and convenience store attached. We've always gotten decent service and food here, what you'd expect from a McDonalds in general.

Store in dirty, and clutched, wait 6, minutes to be waited by on, the register b at counter was not working. Properly, Wait 10 mins for our sands, Not enough staff for the same one day. Manager was very over whelmed. The whole place needs a the disinfectanted was right unhealthy.

I gave 4 stars cuz there is gas.groceries and a mc Donald's there.we used all 3.and bathroom… lmao
