Late night service is so slow despite there being fewer customers
A sandwich and box of nuggets I ordered at 2AM took more than 30 minutes to be wrapped up

Run down place with holes in the booth seats, obvious need for paint, and general dirty place. I ordered here on 6/18 @ 2050 and a person came in asking for the bathroom. Employee stated bathroom was out of service and an argument entailed while I was trying to order. I’m not sure if it was seriously out of service or “out of service” because he wasn’t a paying customer. Bathroom sign specifically states it is only for paying customers. Person started making threats prompting the employee to grab for her knife. As customers, it felt unsafe. However, we felt sorry for the few employees who had to resort to this for their safety. This same employee eventually came around to sweep and clean tables. Unsure of her name but she deserves recognition & staff deserve a safe work environment.

I'm fairly forgiving when it comes to restaurants because it's a hard industry right now, and sometimes things happen. But this location was such a terrible experience, and it wasn't even particularly busy to justify the issues.
It's a fairly bustling location in the city, but it wasn't crowded in the late morning when we went. Immediately you notice how dark the place is. All of the tables were dirty, many booths had ripped fabric, and the upstairs was closed off with some makeshift towels. My wife ordered while I cleaned off the booth, but her order took forever and was missing some things. I ordered for myself and after a long wait also found out my order was wrong. In the meantime, a manager kept rudely asking people to move away from the side, but there was nowhere else to stand as the queue started backing up.
We ate quickly to keep moving, all the while other customers were waiting for the one restroom where someone had locked themselves in. We certainly won't come back.

Bad delivery service my order was lost. They replaced it but the delivery person was super rude, when he delivered it to us.we throw things away reluctantly

Worker gave me a mcflurry without stirring it. I asked her to and she just ignored me. Bum of a workforce and terrible obnoxious environment with teens insulting customers and workers not doing anything

This is the worst mcd I've ever visited.the illumination is dark, atmosphere depressing and everything looked worn out.asked to order first in order to use the washroom.so I ordered a coffee.then the staff took a key and escorted you.funny the way how he unlocked the door. Made me feel he's opening a vault in bank.
On the way out, I gave my coffee to a panhandling man who had 10x better manner than the staff inside.
An I whining too much? Perhaps. That's in NYC after all.

The best tacos I've ever eaten. Friendly and smooth service that runs like a machine. Los Tacos No. 1 really needs to come to the Netherlands! Or rather not.otherwise I will gain a few kilos.

Last night, I went to buy food around 11: 00 pm while I was waiting for my food, I wanted to use the bathroom but it was closed. I asked a short African American boy for the key, who seemed to be the manager because he had a different uniform.and he told me that there’s not bathroom. I told him that I already ordered food and I showed him my receipt, and he answered me again that there is no bathroom in a very rude way.he told me, take your food and go.

By the way, when I entered he was arguing with a white couple.
This boy is the rudest person I've ever seen.

They got fast hands to make a sandwich from 5 Seconds no wait in this day over crying good food hamburgers taste like McDonald's

Was asked to buy food in order to use the electrical plugs, turned out they weren't working

With how expensive everything is, everything is already long since I didn't eat a hamburger with chips

4/25/23 10pm-10.30 pm 2 stars for Juan who was a very understanding manager and who completely tries satisfying customer needs by keeping open the restroom for us. However, the lady working on cleaning duty resisted obeying Juan’s orders and consciously tried to stop us from using the restroom by creating excuses to the manager such as cleaning time and no paper towels. These hardships invented by the lady on cleaning duty were so sneaky and not professional moves ethically!

Terrible restrooms. Average place. If you order from mobile to serve on a table, forget about it. You'll have to go pick it up. I don't mind that, at least inform that the order is ready to pick up, don't leave us hanging! Never coming here anyway. Giving 4 stars for food because its McDonald's, what can go wrong with pre-made food?

Security guard was threatening customers who wanted to use the bathroom. He threatened to pull a knife on a customer who urgently needed to use the restroom before purchasing his meal.
