McDonald's, Hornell NY

Person at drive thru signed when we were ordering food and didnt listen to what we were saying. Workers had a very unpleasant and unhappy attitude.

Took 15 minutes in the drive thru for a single drink. Almost anytime I've used the drive thru here its 15 minutes.

Update: 12/3/21: they still suck. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru for them to forget a sandwich I ordered. Won't give a refund unless you go into the restaurant. This place is clown shoes.

The food I have gotten has always come out good, though right now they are training a bunch of new people, and it seems to slow down production DRASTICALLY. I waiting 10 minutes for 2 double cheese the other night. They were fresh and hot, but the line of people seemed less then pleased with wait time. All in all though the food is pretty on par, and the place is pretty clean for how busy I have seen it get.

They got are food order wrong 4 time when me and my boyfriend went there and a hole bunch of other peoples orders were not right I’m never going back there again

Terrible customer service and horrible time management I waited in line for 15 minutes to get told that they can’t just pull up my order and that I need the exact phone that I used to order with me and not just the code

Asked for fresh food, they said they would make it fresh and got home, food was not. Bread was stale, chicken was dry and rubbery. This place and its workers are terrible. Don't recommend.

So far sitting in the parking lot due to not even not bien busy.because they simply can't do their job and want more money Mc Donald's corporate will here about this.aggravated!

McDonald's sucks. Went there to get breakfast was there at 10: 34 and they had told me that they stop serving breakfast at 10: 30 even though they stop serving at 11. There prices are also ridiculous

This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Service was slow, I waited 10 minutes to order and another 20 to get my food. Then the order was wrong and I had to have it redone. If there was less than one star I would give that.

Visited at noon on a Thursday, service was quick and competent and food quality was great. Bathroom and restaurant was clean and tidy, staff seemed friendly. Convenient location with a double drive thru, only one minor knock was a small parking lot. I would definitely go back.

I never write these. I know everyone has a bad day but I never been so uncomfortable before. Absolutely miserable girl employee who just kept saying she couldn't wait to she leaves at 3 and legit giving attitude to every customer she has! Me just watching her attitude to the older folks especially really has me bothered! Fast food will always be in business regardless of me but I will not return here just cuz of her! And it wasn't even towards me. A half hour of watching it was sickening!

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Waited in line 20 +min and could not leave because I was blocked in the drive thru. Do not ever go there.

Very slow service, could not getvorder correct, guy had long hair, heavy ski cap on his head, facial hair, will never, ever go there again. Should be closed by health dept.

So today 4/25/2021 around 2'oclock I went to McDonald's to get a Sweet Tea and 40 piece nugget bundle. We got our order plus someone else's (didn't know until we were already on highway back home) which is two hours away. While on the way home I noticed something didnt taste right in my tea.
Then I started getting weird chunks of something in my mouth when I took the cap off there was a receipt from 4/25/2021 @ 10: 41 am for 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and two diet cokes. I'm pretty disgusted knowing I was drinking a tea that had a receipt from 10 am in it not even being mine. You guys are lucky I'm two and a half hours away or I would have turned around and thrown it in your drive thru window. You want 15 an hour. So unacceptable thanks for the dirty cup. I'll be contacting corporate have pictures as well

Worst service in hornell by far. I mean come on how hard is to get things right and ur making more you all are entitled snowflakes worthless and useless

The worst experience as always. Ordered food get all the way home and they have one item in the bag. I drive all the way back and the guy at the window says “another one”? We speak with a manager and says there’s nothing we can do, but put you in the books for a free meal. Thanks for letting us drive home 10 miles and 10 miles back for nothing. Worst customer experience as always.

Well, I ended up with a large fry instead of a small (charged for small). My double cheeseburger was hastily thrown together, with the cheese nearly half out of the buns and partially cold.and my nuggets came with no sauce, even after ordering extra.

The person in drive thru seemed a little befuddled, but it is understandable, it was a large order and 11 o'clock at night. Overall the order was correct, the food was hot and fresh. The window person had a great sense of humor, over all it was a good experience, the only draw back was the wait time. Aside from that they earned there 4 out of 5 stars.

I'm glad I wasn't starving, I waited 23 mins for my order while ordering inside to go. You can tell the priority is the drive thru which the 2nd order screen is worthless it's not like you can worm through the line. First come first serve. I will never go to the Hornell McDonald's ever again I'll drive the 17miles to Bath where they seem to have gotten their stuff together. And this is not a one time deal here in Hornell, it is literally everytime I go. I can see them losing lots of business when people start getting repermanded at their jobs for coming back late from lunch at this McDonalds.it's not worth it! And then I get home and find out they shorted me 3 hash browns, hot sauce and gave me the wrong sandwich.ughh

Average McDonalds. Staff can be a bit surley, especially if you ask them to give you condiments with your drive through order.
