McDonald's, Rochester NY

Customer service is terrible and people at counter are lazy and have an attitude when they have to actually do something. Very disappointed

Worst customer service! Standing there for ten mins waiting for BBQ that they forgot and give me attitude about! Two girls just standing there gossiping and looking at me like I’m not asking for help! Smh just wow

The food is fresh and the service is perfect. Only have to deal with homeless asking for money after dark

Our food was hot and fresh. Customer service was exceptional and the cashier's were on point. Overall great service

If you like paying for food you don't receive then this location for is for you. Order is never right.

6 AM out of McMuffins go somewhere Else don’t waste your time customer service didn’t even offer anything else

Fresh french fries all the time and the nuggets were all fresh too. Service was expidited with a smile.

The service at the McDonald's on Lake Avenue is a hot mess and the employees are rude disrespectful and the bathrooms are nasty the food is cold and employees cuss right in front of you I would never go back there again

Waited 15 minutes for my food then the girl at the counter said that she mistakenly put my order in the door dash bag. Food was cold, and the order was wrong. I would have rather eaten a diarrhea sandwich

If I could give zero stars I would. Store needs a whole redo. Currently in line been about 25mins get to the window to be told I have to wait another 2mins for my cookies. This is probably the worst McDonald’s in rochester hands down fries weren’t even fresh wth was I waiting on that whole time

If I could give it 0 starts it would still be too many. Never have any ice cream, always rude, inconsiderate, and for some reason they over microwave everything, so all the rolls are hard. Never again

The McDonald's app saves me a lot of money seeing my daughter has to go here everyday for her french fries very picky eater but a large french fry is $4.53 without the app only 1$ with the app so saving a lot of money and get free food with reward points

I watched the women put 12 pumps of caramel into my ice coffee it was nasty. They always take 2 minutes before they greet thru the drive thru
. They try to act like noones there.
The food is almost always sloppy.
Nuggets be dried. Fries be hard.

Food is great here and fresh most of the time! Don't give the homeless guy anything. I offered him a bottle of water he said no he just wants money. And the lady behind me bought him something to eat and gave him the reciept he literally threw it in the trash. He's so ungrateful and rude.

Very very poor service. The boy that took my order does not know what he is doing. The people in the back messed up large sprite, they gave me a water, and a medium dr pepper instead they gave me a coke.

This place is not worth it. No one knows what they are doing.

The drive thru clerk was rude and she was rushing the customer even though the clerk was getting the order all wrong. No Service just left

I got it delivered and mcdonalds didn't give me half of my order and messed up the bit that they did give me. And still charged me for every thing i ordered. And their burgers got me sick. They need to get shut down after their next health inspection

Just ran to order coffee. Everyone was either coming out into dining area for breaks or to go outside I thought maybe they're shifts over. Needless 2 say I was so disappointed because when I seen manager come into work area I just knew she'd acknowledged all of us in line waiting. Never happened, after 7mins of waiting I decided to leave. Please please have better training for your employees and your managers, at times it seems as tho they think own the place, even if they did P/R skills are a must!

If I could do zero I would. Waited for over 10 minutes for drive-through order that was missing several items. Went inside to get it fixed and was ignored for almost 10 minutes and then it took 20 minutes to get a crispy chicken sandwich and order of fries? Tons of employees, but most were chatting or on their phones. 40 minutes for a takeout order is ridiculous
