Same'ol FastFd menu w/ out d Healthy stuff - No more Salads or tasty Wraps! Atleast thy've kept their Ok Coffees & Filet-O-Fish

The food is usually always good. The service is lacking as of late. I go to the McDonald’s at 2240 Flatbush Avenue. The atmosphere is welcoming.

I ate good, I got a big breakfast, but they forgot my utensils and syrup. Also there was a fly inside which I don’t know if it came from a nest but if so that would bring it lower. Also I’m not in a wheelchair, but for others wondering, no auto doors and not that much space.

This location is very slow and not helpful to delivery workers, my food was delayed by more then an hour and I could not get in touch with them

People here are nice, and, they let you purchase the happy meal toy w/o having to get the meal. This is GREAT for ppl w/ dietary restrictions.

Every time I ask for delivery I'm missing something
And I can't go back
I don't know why the one who places the order doesn't check well

Is this location 24hrs? Few times on the midnight when I go through the drive-thru staff would say they're closed.

Lousy service, what happened to welcome to McDonald's, can I or may I get your order?

Terrible experience. I ordered 6 items from here for delivery, but didn’t receive 2 of them, plus a third item was incorrect (was given a frozen coffee drink instead of a chocolate shake). 50% wrong. Not only unacceptable, but very avoidable. McDonald’s seals the bag and hands off to the delivery person. McD’s employee need to check off the items on the receipt stuck on the outside of the bag before handing off.

The service is ok it could be great these workers don't know what the 90 second window is and they think they can work at any pace and the managers are worst. McDonald's need to revamp and rebrand and get a different staff. Their minds and mentality are just wrong for the fast food industry. Most of them are slow, they don't believe they're even capable of doing the job. Straight up McDonald's is hiring children with learning disabilities I see traits of dyslexia all over them. I also can tell they have short attention spans. I'm just going by what I see and they say. McDonald's need to hire new workers. The cashier kiki is very forgetful, like I need my change. I have to remind you to give me my change and this is where any one would blow their fuse.

Food is too expensive to be served cold French fries. Peak time between 3 30 and 4pm you will wait longer than usual. Staff is friendly and helpful

The staff is very polite. Good customer service is rare in NY. Also, the food is always good.

McDonald's made a mistake on my order. I received someone else order. I noticed about it while I was doing another errand. I had to go back and complain about it. This was inconvenience for me. I lose my important time.

Food here is generally fresh. The staff is pretty decent. You’re not going to get the royal treatment, but they will take good care of you and are pleasant to deal with prices are slightly on the higher side, but the food is typically good.

Food arrived fast and hot. Cashiers were friendly and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Restaurant was clean
