McDonald's, Bronx NY

There wasn't any food that we wanted. No ice cream no shakes no nothing. We waited just for a coffee at the drive thru for more than 30 minutes. The worst service ever. All you hear was laughing and jokes between the drive thru

They gave us the wrong number in the purchase and the girl gave us a few glances at the time of purchase

Best MChicken i ever had in my life, service is alright even though i order and forgot to pay at the counter and waited for 30 minutes for my food but they gave me one order number and then the bag said another order number.

Comparing the McDonald I had before, seems this one smaller and tiny. What I brought here was Big Mac, #1 whole set.

The mcFlurries was not in the right cup.
And it was not even mixed with the oreo crunch. There was only a little on the top

For is already prepackaged and cold I’ve never gone there and received a fresh meal they love microwaving your food here crazy but true it’s like the effort and energy is bare minimum please beware

Very rude establishment. Have gone here for literally decades with my family prior to today. I asked to use the restroom and I am so glad I did BEFORE I was a about to make a purchase. The gentleman sitting down behind the counter simply said no. If I am not good enough to use this establishment's toilet, why should I continue being a customer? I left without getting lunch and went to Burger King next door. Won't be back to this McDonald's. Classless. Good riddance.

A horrible place in the food there was hair in my food I ordered a double meat hamburger and they only put me one meat, comparing with other McDonald's that I have been this is the worst by far

To my surprise. Not crowded at all. And you can only buy your meal by using the kiosks.and now you can eat in.

1 Star becuse peopole keep stealing its the kipp al kids there mad rude and they yell so much

They need to closed this store no customer service experience at all who is running this store.

I went through the drive thru, the lane is tight for an SUV. The clerk was nice but forgot my honey mustard sauce. The, fries needed alittle salt, but the food was at a good temp.

I haven't eaten in McDonald's in a minute, but.the other day on my way to, Bj's, I stopped in to get a bite, well to my surprise (because my last experience was!) The staff was VERY helpful and the food was great! So I'll be going back, but.only that one!

Waited a long time inside the restaurant, table was dirty no bathroom facilities they told us it was out of order.wont be going there anytime soon.

We placed the order on the self service screen in the store, took our locator and sat down. Instead of receiving our order, some lady just yelled that we could come pick up the food. No big deal there. Food was not as good as you get accustomed to in one of these restaurants. The pattie in my sandwich was overcooked and rubbery because of it. Restrooms were locked and we asked for access, we got denied. I'll never sponsor this store again, ever.
