Breakfast Restaurant McDonald's reviews
17 I had 2 orders come out to me and both had fries and the fries were barely warm and had no salt at all on them.
Plus neither order came with any napkins. I just don't understand why this stuff happens. Luckily I had some paper towels in my vehicle.
I’ve never been so disappointed in a McDonalds…. Not only was our order originally wrong, Not only was every trash can overflowing, Not only was every single wrapper of sandwiches wet or extremely greasy, Not only was the women’s room absolutely disgusting (Blood and brown I can only assume was feces), Not only were workers vaping with just there head outside the back door, But as I walked by said door to take my 3 & 5 year olds to the bathroom the side outside door was flung open by a worker so fast an without any care that he hit my 5 year old and knocked him over and skinned his knee. He did say he was sorry but had no reason to even be going out that door at the time… Clearly it wasn’t to take out the trash.
Good McDonald's. Pretty fresh food and clean. Majestic people work here that make the fresh nuggies for me at 2100 hours
Awful service. It’s 10: 45pm and they locked all the doors and won’t let anyone in. It closes at 11: 00pm, that means you close at 11: 00pm, not whenever you want.
Absolutely disgusting restaurant! Bathroom was covered in literal blood and feces. All garbage’s were full throughout the restaurant. Received the wrong order. Workers do no work. Also noticed multiple employees smoking right next to the door. Will not be back.
Best option for fast food in this remote area between Binghamton and Middletown. The restaurant was significantly updated during COVID so it's very clean and modern inside, but they did remove a bathroom stall so sometimes there is a wait for the restrooms. Overall a solid option in a village with limited options.
Just popped in here to grab a snack on our road trip. Waited 5 minutes and no one served me so I used the machines. Then i went to the bathroom. There was no soap in either soap dispenser and they had placed the empty inside part of the soap dispenser upside down as if one should use it. But when I did so i got nasty cold water on my hands. I then left the bathroom to leave and noticed all their bathroom cleaning supplies on this table that people can use to eat including the toilet brush.
How are the staff washing their hands? Absolutely disgusting.
Stopped on our way to Syracuse. Staff was friendly and attentive. Fries were super salty. Bathroom was kept clean during busy time.
Went for the play ground for the grandkids. Had to order food on the kiosk. Took awhile. But was delivered to our table without a smile.
Not impressed. Chicken nuggets always are textured like they were refried and the water they gave me was brown. Gross.
The card reader charged us twice, thankfully it was returned. Food was typical for a McDonald's. At least they were open late.
I've always loved McD's fish sandwiches since I was a kid & know I always will. I think I've enjoyed my last one, though.
Despite all the hype about "Covid" McD's prices across the country are STILL unjustifiable. I feel they're exploiting the situation to profiteer off their customers and I'm not taking lightly to it.
The food & service I received were excellent but that's not the issue I'm grousing about. McD's "Covid" prices are immorally high & I felt INSULTED by the experience. Unless McD's stops exploiting Covid & the prices they're charging their customers I'm DONE w/ them, for good!
So the food was to be expected, however after a long day fishing a meal is needed. Stopped at McDonald’s because there is no where else to eat. The staff was awful, not completing customers orders (not mine the three customers in front of me) and then having to wait to get a cup for the soda that was ordered, throwing the food into the counter and just yelling there number and then to top it off getting harassed because you walked a cross a freshly mopped floor in front of the counter where you pick up food. Staff needs to have a reality check and know the customers are what keeps them with a job. Trash cans were empty so I couldn’t throw away garbage, (yes I took it to the parking lot where I found a trash can). Next time I’ll just starve until I reach Scranton and eat somewhere I feel welcome not like I’m disturbing them.
Hands Down the best Mcdonalds in the area. The food is always hot and fresh. The clerks are nice and friendly. The place is immaculate no matter how many people come through! This is the place to stop on 17 on your way to Binghamton and Ithaca!
Food is always good an special orders are made right. Fast, Friendly service, clean an conveniently located off rt 17/86 w easy on/off access. Indoor play place for kids too.
Clean, ordering was easy, and not too busy even at lunch hour. Food was delivered to my table 90 seconds after completing my purchase onscreen. Bathrooms were well-maintained as usual for this franchise.
A great friendly felt service every time I go there they treat every customer like family!
