McDonald's, Staten Island NY

Food cool French fries not done properly and cool.the burgers was also cool.those meal was out of temperature.that McDonald's is the worst on the island inside in just hot as outside.there services or the worst I just cant enjoy that McDonald's food that's the reason why I dont visit there often with my family.its not today alone it's always like that.not a good neighborhood McDonald's. Cheap owner and just want to collect money.they need to do better they need the d.o. H to gave them a fine.the food not kept at the right temperature

Employees screaming at customers/each other, stood there 7 minutes before they even took my order, soda machines broken, does the a/c even work?

There must be a shortage on cheese as I only got a piece of a slice and sauce also cause I had to try my best to make that 1 squirt spread. Almost choked on my sandwich how dry this thing was.

My experience was horrible I waited 2 hour's at the pick up line and was not satisfied at all. This place gets everyone's order wrong or gives people's order with missing items all the time, employee are very slow and unprofessional. This place needs new management as soon as possible.

Not certain who the night manager was this evening but he was phenomenal. Best experience thus far at that location. During breakfast Rush their coffee machine constantly is not clean or not working. This issue definitely needs to be addressed.

Very bad service. Their was nobody standing on taking orders on the counter for 30 minutes and they were just packing the mobile orders. I asked thrice is their anybody who could take order and then the lady called Carmen and then disappeared for another 15 minutes. After 15 minutes when she came and took the order I ask for the Oreo mixed ice cream and to have extra Oreo on the top and bottom. Meanwhile the girl who made it didn’t follow this and just put a tea spoon of Oreo at the top although I paid for extra and when the front counter lady corrected her on my request she made such bad face full of rudeness that she put the ice cream on the side and said I can’t do that. Then the front counter lady made it and she was also putting very little Oreo. Literally full of useless people with no customer service

I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and they are so crispy and not in the good way. My fries are all burnt and the inside isn’t soft. We asked for sweet and sour sauce and I didn’t get that.

Nasty. My child had open apples in her happy meal. They tried to just give us another pack of apples instead of changing the whole meal.

Don't come here. This place is horrible and not organized. They have you waiting over an hour to receive and take your order. The manager doesnt know what they are doing. PLEASE STAY AWAY. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. I'VE BE WAITING FOR 25 MINUTES AND NO TOOK MY ORDER. I'M OUT. YOU LOST MY BUSINESSES.

The service at this location was horrible they are slow and disorganized the drive thru was moving faster that the service at the counter. It took for another customer to raise hell to get some kind of service. That was my first and my last time going to that MCDONALD'S trust if I could give no stars I would.

Horrible. Got EVERYTHING about order my wrong.
The fries was half of the amount it’s supposed to be and undercooked.
Onions and pickles on the burgers when I wanted NONE of those.
Spend your money at a different location!

Ordered from this McDonalds through UberEats and when food arrived 4 of my orders were missing. Not the drivers fault, the workers in McDonalds decided to not take down the full order. Then went on UberEats to reorder and it claimed that the store was closed and delivery was all of sudden unavailable. Seems like a scam. Customer Service in there is also extremely rude. Never order from or eat from this McDonalds!

Poor service window lady gave us an attitude called us names.rachet manager was as useful as a wet paper bag with our order issues never coming back!

One of the slowest places to get your food from Uber, doordash, they work very slow, the managers are very rude, is unbelievable on how noone complaint to corporate, the don't care if a Uber eats or doordash order comes in they just take the time and is frustrating, now I know there are always fights and arguments cause the management don't care.

The double quarter pounder meal deal was actually super good! It was a bit expensive for my liking, but overall it was really good and I really liked it.

Mcdonald's is a place for nobody it's as if the customer doesn't exist and the line staff is just feeding a machine please refrain from consuming.
