McDonald's, Staten Island NY

This is one of the worst McDs on the island. They consistently pump out subpar food wrong orders. I just ordered a nugget happy meal with a quarter pounder. I got a nugget container filled to the brim with mucky bigmac sauce and the burger might as well have been a hockey puck smothered in ketchup. Get rid of this place.

Employees are very rude and disgusting here. Came in to order food with my kids and a employee named Devon was cursing out a customer and being very nasty.def should get fired.not coming to this McDonald's again

McDonald's is not what it used to be. Tea was lukewarm, food was just ok. Not very warm or inviting. Sterile is a better word. Food is fast and passable, but not much more.

Employees just standing around doing nothing all the time. I got large fries other day got charged 6$ then next day went again got charged 5$ for same thing. Makes no sense. And i got a raw cheeseburger last week i had to microwave it. The service and people working there just don't care at all. The one girl I got at register acted and looked so miserable. Things like this is reason why me and coworkers don't go there no more and we work down the street.

This place is so disgusting, dirty tables trash everywhere. They need to be reported to the department of health

This place is disgusting. The staff is always extremely rude or clearly do not want to work there. Extremely toxic environment for a staff. Terrible management and mangers/supervisors. How could they let this come out of the window. My children's nuggets were inedible the fries smelled like smoke. The place clearly had some issues. Nothing besides this review would change anything, anyway. It's been like this for years.

The food was expensive and cold. The burgers were paper thin, the chicken nuggets were chewy and we were short a burger.

The worst service I have ever had at a McDonald's. The person at the checkout was rude and the woman I asked for some napkins from was even worse. I would not return even if they invited me.

Every time I order the quarter pounder it's raw! Not sure if they know if you don't clean the grill the automatic cooker doesn't work yes I worked quick service and understand but how many complaints do I have to make before you realize you're gonna put someone in the hospital I even went to the store awhile ago and the mgr told the employee to burn the burger I don't need burnt. I need to not taste raw chop meat in my mouth! Just trying to understand

My past 4 meals that i got from here, I always find a piece of hair in it. Black hair to be specific.

Placed order in drive thru fries no salt and When I got my order the fries felt hard and cold. The service person at the window said they would replace it when I got the order. The fries were so salty, and she handed them over to me with a grin on her face as if I was looking for more fries. I wasn't. I ended up in the hospital for 2 nights because of this. The person's grin was all I could think about while I was in the ER.

We come here often for dinner and lunch as we live a few blocks away. The service is always so slow. They take forever to take your order if you go into the restaurant. They do not have a dedicated cashier. Instead you have to wait until they finish most of the drive through orders before they take yours. We sometimes have to wait 20+ minutes just to place our order. They also prioritize drive through orders so we would have to wait again for order to be prepared.

The workers can be hit and miss. Sometimes, the food can be burned and it's not prepared accurately. A few times, a lot of the certain food items were not available.

The cannot get an order correct EVER! They do not follow instructions! Everytime I order from here I have to submit for refund because they forget EVERYTHING and just send fries! Its not that hard! Read the screen, get the order prepared and do it RIGHT! Everyone wants more money nobody wants to do the work! Pay attention to what the hell you are doing!

I’ve gone here about once a year and they always have high school kids working. They don’t care and it’s one of the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to. Ordered ahead 10 mins ahead and still not ready. Remember to order in the app for free fries pretty much every day

Bad service the staff, no one can help to figure out the problem. I paid a mobile order. Maybe one of items is out of stock. I saw the staff just put my order receipt on the table, then they ignored and forgot my order.after half hour waiting, I request the staff (picture red circled) to check my order many times, but he ignored me and just prioritized serving a group of young ladies came after me. Ten more mintues waiting, still no one can help, then I gave up to pick up my order and go out.

JUST GOT SOME BREAKFAST IN THE MCDONALDS BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE MCDONALD'S ON BAY STREET CAUSE THEY ARE REALLY EXPENSIVE

They are the worst when we ordered they did not give us any of our things very bad costumer service and when we ordered on Uber eats they scammed us I would not recommend you to order online and not even come here the worst

Bro the line for this place. We waited in the drive thru line for an hour! Staff was very nice but most of the time were just sitting on their phones.
