McDonald's, New Rochelle NY

It was crowded around 4pm, due to students coming in and out. Overall clean and food tasted fresh.

What I don't like is that after the pandemic they left the children's games closed!

Quick customer service. Fries were cold but the employee gave me some fresh hot so all was well

Came to grab food at 11pm and after buying $53 in food for my kids and myself I asked to you the bathroom and was told it was closed. Not sure why they would be 24 hrs but the bathroom is closed. Seems more like they are too lazy to actually clean it so they would rather say it’s closed than do the work.

Very bad service, I ordered my food and French fries didn't even had 40% fries in them, see my attached picture what I received. No soda in the soda machine, when asked their reply was you have wait because some else just got. Also the mechanic didn't had any ice and it's summer time.

It took about 30-35 minutes to get my food. It was ridiculous. It your in a rush just go to the drive thru service.

Employees are friendly and helpful. It's clean and nice. Food is always hot and ready.

This Mc ds is always busy. The staff are pleasant enough but the food takes a bit long at times to be ready for pick up.

I was told I had to use the Kiosk, I didn't have my glasses on and was tired after a long day of traveling. I accidently ordered two twenty piece nuggets, I immediately informed the girl at the counter that I needed to cancel that item and she said no refunds! My order wasn't even started yet and I really did not want or need 40 nuggets. This girl refused to modify my order and I was forced to leave with and pay for 40 nuggets that I did not want or need. I called corporate as well and I never do things like this or leave bad reviews but this really aggravated me.

My local McDonald’s. I have lots of great memories here. The food and service can be hit or Miss, but it’s usually a hit. The staff take heavy lunch rush and dinner rush demand pretty well. Lots of respect for this McDonald’s and it has special place in my heart

Thanks for letting me use a locked up restroom and requires key not buzz in - still ghetto ny. Ordering: they dint let you order at the counter, they force you to use a kiosk. I said force (Mexican force too). I felt I was being uh uh uh edu-ca-mated (mated haha). I felt I was in Mexico and not the ciudad Mexico con cultural! Yeah that nutty!

Every time you pick up a mobile order from this place. It takes them 2 to 3 minutes to receive my food. I thought it was because the place was busy but come to find out they believe anybody who comes in there with their phone is either DoorDash or Uber eats so they take the sweet time giving them their food. I witness this first hand. That's really messed up because those guys are working just like they are. They should treat them just as they treat any other customer.

Stale buns, horrible service which resulted in the use of a kiosk. Way too many kids hanging out in location. Bathrooms were locked even for customers. Ridiculous.

They need more cashiers.not everyone wanna use the damn kiosks and they need more of those as well.

I gotten food poisoning from my last visit but either then that all good, pretty clean and come something can be crowded
