McDonald's, Bronx NY

It was very busy at this time (8pm) I was surprised how many people were there. The food was good, and the workers were friendly.

Horrible service I been here 3 times today was the last time I’ll go there. No one wears mask properly. The girl doing my McFlurry was on her phone and had no gloves on putting the tops to it, they always forget the sauces as well. She gave me a half way filled McFlurry I told her can you fill it to the top she said no so I asked for a refund and she caught a attitude gave me a refund and called me stupid in Spanish like I know Spanish lady. I think she was the manager on duty.

The cashier didn't know her register well. I wanted to split my payment and asked if she was able to do that, she said yes and told me to swipe my card but it didn't take. I swiped a few times and the same happened. I asked her to get someone who could help me and she got an attitude and began speaking Spanish to the girl who came to help in a abrasive tone. The girl who came to help and a few other workers had no hair nets or their hair nets weren't on properly! This was the third or fourth time I've gone to this location and had an issue. I rarely eat McDonald's but I won't be buying anything here ever again!

Don’t see myself going here anymore. First the lady at the register did not know how to properly enter an ice coffee that I had ordered and then she ended up saying she would have to charge me for a second order just for the coffee. Then I got my coffee quickly and ended up waiting for at least 15 minutes for my other food which was a small order. I went and asked twice and they said oh someone is working on your order. When I went back to ask again, one of the workers said “oh, she been called you order. ” So I told her how when I have been standing there listening and it was about 2 people waiting alongside me. Then I am given part of my order and the the lady tells another worker to make my McFlurry. So if my order Been was called out, why my McFlurry was not already made. It’s ridiculous with all these new people who act like they don’t now what they are doing. I will not be coming here again. It is too disorganized.

It was okay however, I dont like people having a conversation over purchased drinks that I ordered.

Their meat be raw I was in the hospital for a few days, because of them and their customer services is bad to ghetto!

Another not so good experience, cashier's have very little knowledge of what they serve. They tend not to listen well to cusyomers

I’ll give this mc Donald’s 2 stars just because of the fact that they gaved me raw chicken nuggets! After I told the workers & the manager was in the kitchen shown them it was un cooked & she said that there was nothing wrong with the nuggets as a manager she should know when the food is raw. I went home & checked to see if they gaved me cooked nuggets & they still gave it to me un cooked.the supervisor need to check them because this is crazy they are not taking they jobs seriously giving people raw food.

THE FACILITY SHUTS OFF MACHINES AND CLOSES ARE! STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND GETS UPSET WHEN CONFRONTED ON WHY YOU SHUT MACHINES OFF EARLY YOUR MISSING OUT ON SALES. THEY AVOID YOU REACHING UPPER MANAGEMENT!

The service was fine but the food was mediocre, at best. Fries were burnt and the Big Mac was dry.

That McDonald's is pretty fast great workers and after they took out the crackheads and out of the security I feel much safer there

Primera the machine from the soda never works sometimes they only have coke or sometimes only orange soda. The FRAP machine the same. They are so slow. And there's always one guy who always talks about the customer. It's not clean. Omg puedo hablar mucho de este MC Donald como quisiera que lo cierren

Very nice McDonald's location however I would not recommend venturing there late in the evening as the area can be a little bit sketchy

It's gotten better now that security is on duty. Its cleaner than before. I dislike the costumer service. Young staff who arent very professional.

They don’t sell ice creams or milkshakes. Their scanner for coupons doesn’t work most of the times. I ordered Avocado sandwich then I found a small hair in it then I threw the sandwich into the trash.

This place is the go to when there is nothing else to get, and they also have uber delivery so that makes everything great qhen you dont wanna walk to mcdonalds

Good food.the security guard tho needs to calm down & stop assuming anybody whos not eating is a criminal.

This place is decent but it is a bit small One time i was kicked out because i was there for too long but for the most part its a gr8.

The place is not bad. But the customer service is often not great. Also food is very expensive, tables are not clean.

The LOUDEST McDonald's. And, my cheeseburgers were of very low quality. Why did my meat patties have sharp edges?
