McDonald's, Williamsville NY

With McDonald's, you usually get consistancy. Food made the same way and does have that crave worthy taste. Love McD's fries.fresh and hot. They seem to have cut down on the amount of salt. Maybe they should include salt packets in the to- go bags. Sorry but fries and lots of salt go together and it's a 'treat' and not an everyday occurrence for us.
My only complaint.the buns are bigger than the hamburgers/cheeseburgers. What happened to the beef?

Wasted 20 minutes in the driveway threw line just to be told when I got to the register they didn’t have my order. Received nothing for my time

Staff are beyond rude and SLOW every time i come here.
Look at all the other reviews. This place needs to be shut down.

Also I’ve noticed legitimate reviews getting DELETED. Absolutely the most sketchy and unprofessional location I’ve ever been too. I will never eat here again.

Worst McDonalds I've ever been too. It was 9: 12pm at night and they closed at 11pm. No one said anything at the drive through. Shut this McDonalds down. Staff sucks here.

Slower than molasses but this was the ONLY place open Friday when we had the beginning dreadful storm and I am so beyond appreciative for that

They used to be good but with the new management, they are terrible. I never write reviews, but this place deserves one. I’m leaving one star because they at least show up for work. I went today on my way home from work, not feeling well and not wanting to cook, they told me they were out of nearly everything and forgot 2/3 of my items. This isn’t a first. They forgot my kids pancakes the last time we ordered from here. And their hash browns were cold. Won’t be going back.

Absolutely unpleasant. Worker in a buick was outside the building smoking weed. Customer service a 0 cleanliness a 0

Staff were SO rude, slow, and they are always out of everything every time i cone here.
I went up to the drive through with no cars in front of me and it took several minutes for anyone to answer. When they did they were very rude and acted inconvenienced. I ended up driving away because of how bad the service was. Will never give this location my business again.

Website states they are open at 6 am. Went to the drive thru at 6: 54 and noone took my order. This is the second time I have tried to get coffee in the morning from this Mc Donalds. The lights are off and there is no service at the tike they are supposed to be open.

I only order two hash browns once in a blue moon. I get there around 8: 15, rarely any cars in the drive thruway still have me waiting at the speaker with out saying a word and around 5 minutes to even get the food. I finally had enough with how rude the workers are everytime. There is just no excuse for this behavior other then purely lazy.

Fry's tasted and felt a day old. The drive through took 35 minutes. There were 3 cars before me.

We went later in the evening and while service was on the slow side, it was understandable given the time. The staff was very friendly and overall the quality of the food was to be expected

Got there in time for breakfast. Refused to serve breakfast. Ordered lunch. Made us wait for nearly twenty minutes for the food. Young teenage guy walked out after awhile and asked my husband what we had. Then he threw the bag at my husband before walking away. What the …?

Honestly the worst Mcdonald's I've been to. Its close to my work so I've gone here about 12 times now and every time its super slow service and they usually mess something up. I always order online and I used to do curbside pickup, but they never bring it out to curbside so I just go inside now. It shouldn't take me my entire lunch break to get one sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very slow service. I waited like 20 minutes for coffee and a egg mcmuffin. They had two people on duty And they clearly were not happy and neither was I. They can expect me to go somewhere else like Spot Coffee were the price is OK but the service is better.

The kiosk wouldn't allow me to order special, so I went to the register. The cashier was ok and mildly friendly for as busy as they were. I was very specific with my order. I asked for an egg and cheese bagel with 2 slices of Canadian bacon added. I was very adamant about the 2 slices and willing to pay the extra and told her. I also ordered 2 number 7 sausage burrito meals. I got one water. When I picked up my order, I received one slice of Canadian bacon and ONLY 2 burritos. I got the attention of the manager explained it, told her I was willing to pay for the correction. She sent me over to the register with the cashier to correct it. A other customer got loud and rude with me fir "cutting" and being disrespectful. Threatened me. I stepped aside and begged the cashier to help the other customer first. I got up to the register, where the cashier seemed very confused and flustered as to what extras she should ring me up for so I suggested a full refund and just ring the order out as it should have been rung up in the first place she called the manager up and the manager refused to do it like that. I stated that I shouldn't have to pay extra money paying for things individually that would otherwise have been part of combos. She raised her voice said I can return the food and get my refund or take my food. I took my food and left because I felt very attacked and unsafe from the situation with the previous customer. This is probably the crappiest service I have EVER gotten from ANY mcdonalds. And I have a great deal of patience and respect for the employees for showing up.

I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes at 9pm at night… not a single car in the line or not a single person in the restaurant. I drove around the building 2 times and 2 workers stared at me do it and I saw about 5 others in the restaurant doing nothing. I finally came in a the girl had zero personality. She rudely told me that the drive through is closed because they are cleaning. (They are open till 12am). She seemed so bothered that I even asked her why I just sat in the drive through for so long…. Not the first time this place has done this either. It’s a daily reoccurrence. I swear workers do the bare minimum nowadays.

Slow service! It took over 16 minutes for 2 meals to be prepared with no one else in the restaurant.

Stopped at this location on my way to work at 715am. Not one person inside. Doors locked and drive thru not open. Not sure if none of the workers came in but there weren't even lights on. Not the first time this happened either.
