Why did it take mad long for an iced coffee.i get it was busy but some lady gave me a random ice coffee that was just sitting there, trying to get orders out.another time i ordered their frozen coke on the mobile app and i waited for so long.

Don't go there during lunch or rush hours. Not only they can mess up your order, but the staff is rude. They gave me my medium frappe, but they gave me cold fries. When I asked if they can change it, the server took the fried dropped it into oil heat it up and gave it to me. I really don't recommend this place

I like McDonald's, but it's very dirty. I came with my family. We ordered our lunch and waited. When our number was called, we went to pick up our order. They gave us almost everything we ordered and we noticed that they didn't give us 4 Ranch sauces and a milkshake. Instead of this milkshake, we were given Fanta. Went here 3 separate occasions and they literally had me waiting 15-20 mins for a single sweet tea, the next time ordered a meal and had people order food after me get their food before me, part of it is them chatting on with each other which granted it's understandable at work but not when it makes you literally miss orders

I go with my kids trying wash hend and get some food there are asking receipts we never come back this store

For a populated area their shake machine is always broken. They screw up your order frequently.

Customer service is so poor, I go every day there to order a small coffee and I have to wait 30 min only for one coffe

Food happened to be bad for unknown reason when went back brought up the issue with the manager his main concern wasn't food is good or bad instead how much was eaten from the sandwich I tried to explain that the more was eaten the bigger the problem to the kid finally manager agreed to issue refund but surprisingly refused to refund to the PayPal account was used to place order asking for fiscal card.
It was a very bad experience I hope no one go through.

Made an order on uber eats, i ordered about 60 piece nuggets for the family. And they literally didnt send one sauce. Not even a pack of ketchup. This is unacceptable. Its bad enough they want to charge. 25 cents for every extra sauce. Step it up management!

It's not a McDonald's like any other. The employees are rude. The service is awful. It's one of the slowest fast food places ever. If my son didn't like it I would have no reason to go back in there

Was told it would be a while for a Mobil order because I ordered a cheese burger a cheese burger at McDonald’s that literally takes 90 seconds to make and then hands me the bag without a drink and ice cold fires zero salt on them and when asked for the drink hands me a warm soda no ice 3/4 full like what the hell am I paying for place is a mess

I didn't eat there. They were serving breakfast only at the time I went, @1045 am didn't start serving lunch until 11

Staff and managers are rude. Its like these people are miserable but why choose this job? I mean from breakfast time workers are upset and seem like they dont want to be bothered. Id rather travel to another location than to deal with these miserable disrespectful people. You ask for some ketchup its an attitude. At the end of the day im paying for a service. These people fell off … dont waste your time coming here. I’ll definitely be reporting this. If you dont like your job LEAVE.

French fries was cold, I order size large and of course I get three quarters of the container like usually otherwise everything goes smooth.

Very rude staff. I tried to go to the toilet, forgot the check, a male employee came up to me and started demanding a check for the passage. I went to the table where my wife was sitting, took the check and showed him, he took it from me and began to argue that it was not my check. In the end, I did take the check back from him and didn't go into the bathroom. I won't be coming to that McDakar again!
