McDonald's, Flushing NY

It is pretty busy. They have a touch screen area where you can order your food so you don't have to talk to a cashier. That means no more human interaction.well, kinda!

Oh yeah, my younger cousin accidentally dropped her fries while holding it, and one of the staff saw what happen, she offered us free fries! Thank you, kind staff. I have to give that 5/5 service because of that!

It's too crowded at lunch time which is expected but I had no time to eat my food before I start work which was intended. And people are pushing shoving and screaming at times.

Ordered something small, sat down for a bit, after I finished eating I was asked if I ordered anything and that if I finished eating it’s a policy for me to leave. This place was not crowded at this time and this all happened in the span of 30 mins.
I can’t believe they would treat a customer this way, asking me for a proof of payment and displaying unwelcoming behaviour. I don’t think they even treat people who aren’t customers this rude and argue with them! I am concerned about this place’s management they are completely unprofessional. As an actual GM of a restaurant this service was pitiful.

The cleaning lady was nothing but rude. I was eating my order (it was a small order) and she said I couldn’t do that here. I cant eat there or what? Adding on, she kept side eyeing me the entire time I was leaving. The lady needs some common sense.

Avoid this place! Me and my boyfriend went there around 12am, and we ordered via app, so my bf ask one of the worker if they have receive my order, that employee just keep let us waiting for around 10 mins for the first time, my boyfriend ask him for second time still not get an answer, and finally there’s a old lady came we ask her, she said we haven’t received, and she said we will made it right now. (we have been waiting 20mins after she came, and there’s not busy, that’s totally fine beyond this point). One person just came ask my bf if he can help with ordering, my bf bring him to machine and teaching him, but the old lady just yell at him saying “hello hello Yoyo”, and been impatient to him, and my bf heard that and ask her if she is talking to him, she said yes in an attitude, and she throw food at the counter in a bad mood. (and beware there is so many homeless outside of the restaurant, not safe when you came at midnight)

Google says they open 5: 30 am
Get there at 6am closed wait 15min to open then placed order then they tell me only cash and to use kiosk the kiosk doesn't work then tell me to wait for manager the manager takes my order and after being there for almost an hour I get the wrong order!
Very lazy don't care about customers

The workers in the front are all rude and really do not like to work in the front. I can't say I blame them. The one to blame is the employer. Why keep these miserable people employed?

The food here are also not safe for consumption. I see hairs in my food and also nuggets that have been fried for too long. I won't be surprised if the people in the back are not wearing gloves when handling food and leaving raw meat at room temperature.

The people who work there are all in a bad mood and after spending money there you ask to go to the bathroom and they won't let you. On top of that they laugh at one. Terrible service

The hygienic environment is not very good, the tables and floors are not very clean, and there are many homeless people in the restaurant. The second floor of the restaurant is often closed to the public. If you use the bathroom, you need to contact the staff to open the door, which is not very convenient. The food came out quickly, but a couple of times I got burnt burgers.

Very crowded and busy. Personnel very helpful and detail oriented. The traffic of clients could be very overwhelming but they sure know how to handle it.

Very bad experience. Those worker can’t even speak English properly. All they say Spanish. Also I order in my mobile and it was showing that I have take my order from counter. The charge me on regular price also very bad customer service. They need to fix this as soon as possible.workers are arrogant also

Place is mostly crowded, surprisingly decently clean. 2nd floor is never opened and 1/4 mobile order machines work. The wait is 30 minutes minimum most of the time. The staff even if you ask them won’t care enough to check your order for you. Sometimes the first floor is flooded with homeless people.

I was here at 11: 56am to pick up my order number 1695. I waited about 1 and half hours and nobody help me with my order. I asked two staffs to check my order and they just looked at the order aside and said not ready and then walk away. I then asked a white girl staff around 1: 15pm and she ignored me. They are all rude and unprofessional, nobody helped me to solved the issue. Extremely bad experience. Lastly I asked a guy he was not patient at all, just throw me a Mcchicken. Also, theres No Way to canceled the order! Terrible experience!

Service is no soo good, i’ve ordered some items with fries and it has no salt and asked to replace and old lady started to argue… that’s not good.

This is by far the fastest McDonald's I ever been to. Order via the self service kiosk and got my number called in 2 minutes.
