Messed up our order again today and looked to be possibly complaining in drive thru when they hadn't even given us the price of our food before the first window as well overall tired of the management as this has occured in both McDonalds in our area
I highly recommend that this McDonald’s go under new management the service here is really bad and they don’t car how long they have people waiting in line. This morning I went to the drive through was waiting in line and it was taking way to long I went to go in to the restaurant to pay and. They had all the doors looked kind you it’s after 6am I will be contacting corporate because this happens all the time
The past 3 times I’ve been here I’ve been skipped in the drive thru and they’ve taken 3 cars orders in the other lane. When I point it out I get “sorry that happens sometimes”. Then it took 20 minutes of sitting to get the food after ordering. What in the world. Literally a 10 piece nugget.
Very poor service at blk river Blvd half my order when I got home went through drive thru and was cold server eating Fry's handing my order and I live 4 min from restaurant this place has gone down hill fast!
States that the drive thru closes at 11 but I drove through at 10: 50pm to get food for my son who had just gotten out of work and hadn't eaten all day and the entire building was dark including the drive thru boards. If you close at 11, you should be prepared to serve until 11. I've worked in food service.this is laziness!
Only ordered a couple of times and while the service was great, in comparison to the Maccas I'm used to in Australia, it is underwhelming. The buns used are often dry/hard and don't taste as good. They're great if you just need a quick bite and anything will do, but sadly that's about all in my personal opinion.
Miserable customer service. If u don't like ya job find a new one.the amount of money fastfood workers make should put a mcsmile on ya mugs when u take my hard earned money
Such a slooow drive thru. Even with two lanes. I've stopped there a number of times. When it's like that double check the order they give you. Just stopped last Saturday after 8pm small line in the drive thru but nothing has changed just as slow and dysfunctional as ever. We ended up leaving the line since our order wasn't taken after 20 min and went across the street.
Waited 20mins in line for 1 sandwich and drink to be laughed at and told its not ready an asked to wait longer. I left. This the 3rd time I've had to wait longer than 10mins at this location.
Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru just to get nasty, stale chicken nuggets. Absolutely ridiculous.
Wait times could be better but it is what it is, due to staff shortage. Always kind at the window.
Modifying my review. I spent 44 minutes in the drive thru line waiting for my mobile order that they lost and then made but it was somehow cold after all this and I am left supremely dissatisfied. Like how it its cold when i had to wait that long? Was I waiting for it to get cold before I could eat? Why?
I don't normally leave reviews however I placed my order at 6: 50 p.m. For a Filet-O-Fish sandwich. Made it to the pick up window at 7: 26 p.m. I stated that I hoped my food was still hot and fresh after waiting so long. She hastily handed me a bag to which I found was the completely wrong order. Upon letting her know, she snatched the bag out of my hand and told me I could go eat elsewhere. I asked to speak to a manager who ended up being just as rude. I asked for my money to be refunded to my card as well as for their names so I could call their corporate office and make a formal complaint. The manager refused to give names but I am still going to call, not that I think it will do anything anyway. As someone who works in nursing I more than understand being short-staffed as well as being extremely busy, however, waiting 36 minutes for one sandwich and them still not getting it right is bad business. Then to receive the attitude and disrespect I received is unacceptable and I will no longer be giving them any of my business.
2nd in line for the drive through. Took 20 minutes to place the order. Then another 15 minutes to get the food. If my wife wasn't pregnant and wanted a LG fry from this place. I could have made them faster my self.
