McDonald's, Cazenovia NY

15 minute life draining wait in the drive thru for breakfast. The store was NOT busy and we didn't order a lot or anything special. No one came to tell us why the wait was long, didn't pull us ahead to help the people behind us. They just plain DON'T CARE. Management is clearly lacking and by the looks of the other reviews we aren't the only unhappy customers. I doubt anything will change so we will never order from there again.

As fast food goes, you know what you are getting. Consistent taste and quality as the next one. Went through the drive thru, and the service was rapid and correct.

This will be the last time I ever spend money there. The building is new, but filthy. It took 15 plus minutes to get 2 meals. And longer the last time I stopped with my mother. 30 minutes! Everyone waiting were very mad and annoyed at how the staff didn't seem to care that there was such a long wait. I understand short staffing. I work in Healthcare, but this McDonalds has never been fast! My husband worked in Caz for years and said that he could get lunch faster at the Caz bowling alley! The food both times I went was not even warm, it was stone cold! The poor elderly couple in front of us had waited 15 minutes or so for 1 sandwich and 2 coffee's! Unfriendly staff and they seemed very disorganized. Nor did they care there was a line of people waiting. It did not make them move any faster nor did they apologize for the wait. Very poor service. This place need better management.

We have ordered quarter pounders from this location and twice now been given standard size big mac patties. They still charged the premium quarter pounder price but are too lazy to actually cook them and instead think we won't notice the smaller size hamburger patties.

This place is the slowest mcdonalds in the world. 20 minutes for 4 mcdoubles in the drive thru. The inside wasn't busy only the drive thru. 4 cars in the parking lot. I would be ashamed to work at, manage or own this place.

A family member and myself had stopped at this location on our way to a destination a few hours away from home. The drive thru line was extremely long and hadn't moved in 5 minutes so we decided to go inside to order. My family member stepped up to the counter as I proceeded to the restroom. When I returned, there were two more people standing in line behind my family member (who was still at the counter). I could see one staff member talking with an online-order customer and it was clear that their order was wrong. 5+ minutes later the other customer received their correct order. We all continued to stand in line. I asked my family member if they were waiting for our order.they said they hadn't even been helped yet. We all stood there for another 5+ minutes. No one came to the counter. The staff member we had seen before seemed to have disappeared, not to be heard from again. Those of us in line decided to leave and go elsewhere. 4 of us.
I understand that all businesses are low on staff.but the staff member did not once to say "we'll be with you in just a moment" or "thank you for your patience". Not a word. The customer is not always right but it should always be good practice to interact with your customers.

The place was the dirtiest McDonald's that I've ever been. The rest rooms made us cringe. The vent above the order station were caked with black dust. You cant blame that on the night crew. Under-staffing made for an awkwardly long wait despite being the only ones in the place. Finally you guessed it, they got the order wrong.

They are thief’s. Bought a milkshake, waited 15 minutes for them to say that machine is broken and not refund milkshake.

Ever since this place got rebuilt it has been nothing but upsetting. Hours of business is always wrong. Mostly rude staff. Order is almost always messed up and takes 30 minutes to get your food. The only reason this place gets business is because it costs an arm and a leg to eat anywhere around here

Waited in the drive thru for over 20 min. Got to the window to pay, employee answered her cell phone and walked away. Drove to second window, asked to pay there. Was handed drinks, then instructed to pull around agai to wait for food. Still waiting.
Worst McDonald's I have experience bu far.

Went here for breakfast a while ago and seems to be a run of the mill McDonalds which is what I like. Give them your money and enjoy a fresh hot meal the way it used to be.

Dining room was absolutely disgusting. Dusts, dead bugs and cobwebs on windowsills. Splatters and grease on the walls. Multiple tables had not been wiped recently. Food and food wrapping on the floor. Food was brought cold. This was our 3rd visit in last 2 months and unfortunately the conditions were the same on each visit.

There was a group of highschool boys talking with a friend who was working, the kid working kept on talking with his friends like they were just hanging out.then, they forgot our fries, two drinks and a flurry.finally, they brought our order out and we noticed that we had an extra drink, to this my family and i responded with “we just needed a water” then the employee informed us that one of the drinks was sprite and the other was water.the employee failed to inform us which one of the drinks was sprite and which was water, resulting in us being forced to take a guess of what one was sprite.not to mention there was trash all over the floor and the garbage was overflowing, because of all this chaos i will never be returning.

When I do happen to go there no matter how simple the order is they seem to somehow get it wrong and I have to spend time going back in to correct it.

Worst fast food restaurant in the chain. Used “F” word in the back room, dirt on the floor, food assembly person ate food out of the food drawer with her hand. Had to wait for food and many orders were incorrect. Don’t stop here.

We agree the staff was nice but the rest of the service was very poor the food was cold there was a bone in the chicken McNugget and we had to wait in the drive-through Pull ahead had in order to get our food because they messed up the order and they didn’t have it correct we will not be going there again also going through the drive-through no one came on through the speaker to verify her order I finally pulled ahead because I had already placed my order through the mobile app a good thing I did otherwise I feel would probably still be sitting there.

McDonald's in Cazenovia NY was very dirty! Floors were all grease everywhere, all tables were dirty. Had to ask a worker to clean a table for us to eat at! Food was pretty cold, and we were the only one inside! Never again!

Caz McDonald's is the most disgusting fast food restaurant. Cold food, takes way too long to get your food. Service is slow and rude. Always out of this or that. It needs a major restructuring.
