McDonald's, Sidney NY

Constantly misrepresenting their closing time when a restaurant says they close at midnight but their doors and lights are off at 10 minutes till that is not closing at midnight that is closing at 11: 30 so that they can be out of the door at midnight this is a serious problem in Sidney New York when I was a kid working at these places you'd be fired but instead they just think it's acceptable to list that they're open until midnight let people drive 30 minute round trips to turn their lights off as they're pulling into their parking lot with 10 minutes to spare nonsense

Need some trees or shrubs around the drive threw to cover all the abandoned buildings outback an the run down china house/Burger King next door is kinda an eye sore but I love this McDonald's been coming here since I was a kid upto my mid 30s an will always love it.

Illegal false advertising. Order a bunch of double bacon, two big signs say 2 for $3.50. Get up to pay and am told the price has changed nothing they can do about it. Ask can you get a override because your advertising them still on sale back there. She comes back and says manager refuses to come back and do anything.

Cold rubbery old french fries waited 20 mins for my food pickles were bunched in the center of my burger wish I could give 0 stars

Why? Every time I go to Sidney McDonald’s SOMETHING is screwy with my order. And the staff, which is mostly teens this time of day, are dismissive and rude.

So this is a pic I got sent from employee at the that works the night shift there. Like why would they send that to someone. It was a female employee. And told me that they where going to Satisfy her tonight what is going on in this store. As someone that wa a gm for this company iam I'm sure that Johnson the owner would not be pleased that his employees are sending that to customers. If it was my store they all would be fired that where in volved with this.

This location can never get an order right! Every time I go they get something wrong or leave something out.

Went today around lunch time parking lot/drive through was not plowed went side ways pulling in to lot then placed a order of a #5 which is a chicken nugget meal at drive through got just the nuggets when I asked why I received a very rude response that fries does not come with it I said a #5 is a nugget meal with fries he said wasn't rung up that way I was not happy so after sliding in parking lot and a wrong meal I won't be returning

Its fast food, in that aspect, you shouldn't expect healthy meal. But it tastes good and the kids like the. The chicken mcnuggets are not very good, no matter how freshly made. They should probably fix that sooner than later.

Every single time I go there, they forget part of our order, or mess something up. I only go back because my kids like it.

They will almost certainly get your order wrong no matter how small, you'll also probably find a employee crying outside during the busiest time of the day/night because Hancock only highers little kids who dont know what there doing, 1 star and you should take a little longer drive and go to wendys in deposit about 15 miles away.

Every single time we go to this specific McDonald's (Sidney), they 1. Mess up our order, 2. Forget something, and 3. If you think going back to correct the mistake is a good idea, they manage to not only change your mind, but you may decide, like myself, "keep the money, keep the food, Ill take the loss" is a better option than trying to get what you originally ordered and paid for. Why do i continue to go back?

Went to order a simple meal with a sprite no ice. Got Dr. Pepper. I said no I ordered sprite no ice. Wouldn’t take it back. Then gave me a sprite with ice! I give up. Why do they make $15 an hour? Ugh

Usually only go inside d/t problems with getting orders right in the drivethru, but was later so had to use it. Surprisingly our orders were correct this time.

The Sidney location needs to re-pave their entrance, potholes are insane!
