McDonald's, Ontario NY

Ordered a breakfast sandwich with no breakfast sauce, and a sausage sandwich and waited over 6-8 mins just for them to mess my sandwich up with breakfast sauce that looks scraped off the sandwich. Waited for no reason. Thanks for my morning to be wasted.

The people that work here are nice and friendly. However, it must be the slowest drive through I have ever seen on a consistent basis. I contribute this to a lack of staffing, but 15 minutes to get through a drive through with only one car ahead, is a bit much. I avoid this McDonald’s because it takes too long. I go elsewhere to buy food and drinks simply because of the amount of time it takes.

Idk who doesnt care about there job but a burger shouldnt be soggy with ketchup to the point i cant eat it every time i go there i tried to return here after contless mistakes the year before only to be reassured i dont even feel safe eating here if they care so little aboht the food quality how much do they care about sanitazation thats my only thought this place turns my stomach.

Service here was very poor. I sat in the drivethru lane for almost 15 minutes before giving up. There were 4 cars ahead of me.

They are now a last resort. Just sad to see how poor customer service has become.

I ordered a McChicken and McDouble through the drive through. After ordering I paid at the first window and the staff member was very nice. I then got to the pick up window and was asked to park while they prepared these items. I sat in the parking lot as I watched six more cars pass through as well as several walk-ins who were served before they finally came out and asked me if I had the two McGriddle's with some kind of attitude that I inconvenienced her. I waited nearly 15 minutes for two sandwiches and they still had an issue with my order. This location really needs a wake up call to train better. No apology for the wait and very poor customer service. I am a very tolerant person but this was insulting to me.
Please work on training your staff in customer service they truly need it.

Always have to stop in when on a trip. Our dogs know the place on site since they get a burger on the trip. They have very good prices -you can't beat the $1 soda drink special and the 2 McDoubles for $3.50!

Store Manager doesn't understand yet that cleanliness and safety come first. I reported a major spill on the floor and she couldn't care less. Avoid

Terrible ordered chicken sandwich with fries, fries over cooked chicken overcooked to the point 2nd bite couldn't even chew it went back in to get refund said fries were because of the oil and sandwich she said I ate half of it nothing she could do didn't even offer to exchange sandwich never go there again on top of it when they handed me drink so full spilled all over my leg and seat of my brand new truck p.s. If the machine overfills the cup dump some out before putting top on

Normally, they are okay. Sometimes the fries are old. But my question is regarding the banana strawberry smoothie. I ordered a med and the cup was missing probably about an inch from the top. I asked to get the rest filled and she said that is how the machine does it. I get it.not her fault, but I do fill like I got got. I paid for a medium and looks like what I got would absolutely fit in a small cup. ‍️

Stood at the register for 5 minutes and no one acknoldged us. Tried the kiosk and it was nonresponsive. Gave up and went to Dunkin Donuts

Never clean tables when we go. Turnover rate extremely high. Don’t pay attention when they give you the order to make sure it’s all there then lie and say yes when you ask. Knew someone that worked here and quit bc of the way they get treated and cleanliness in general. I get it’s a sloppy quick (not even that quick) fast food chain but have some decency.for the kids that eat your food. It’s sad that we can’t even take ownership of our wrongdoings. Can’t even apologize or show any empathy. Just they are human and are allowed to make these mistakes. Please someone do something about this. It’s getting worse and worse over the years. Even the manager won’t own up. Blonde in the morning. Doesn’t like anyone telling her she was wrong. So much attitude and entitlement. We won’t be going back. No matter how easy or quick it is. We will drive 20 minutes out of the way to go to Webster where they at least show curtesy for their customers.

Way too many times I get the wrong order. I pay more for my meal and get wrong items that are cheaper and NOT what I want. They have given me free a couple of free meals but even my last free meal was wrong. So from now on, I won't leave until I check my order no matter how busy they are.

Staff there was a little stressed. Seems like that everywhere. Very polite and took my order after kiosk had cash only. Had my order under 3 minutes.

No counter ordering. Floor is dirty with food and paper. Tables cleaniness questionable. Disappointed, was a good place for seniors.

Order the kids meal with extra fries got one fry and they were maybe three in the envelope very disappointing especially after I drove away and unable to get back

Waited 20 minutes blocked in line just to hear it'd be another 15 minutes at the speaker. It was 7PM. The Franchise owner lost a ton of business tonight and the manager should of stepped up and closed early. They clearly couldn't operate and do the one thing fast food exists for. This is not even uncommon here. Not that long ago they ran with only two employees much the same.

Only one in restaurant and ordered a big Mac and fries. 25 minutes later got the food, the fries were cold and the sandwich was a mess. Just thrown in the box. Not friendly staff.

Quality of food is good staff are nice still the best breakfast always hot and good best deal is the breakfast combos choice of breakfast sandwiches with coffee and hash browns under 6.00

On Friday I went to get a delivery and the girl prepared the order and when I told her it was mine, she told me that I would have to wait for her to serve 5 people to deliver the order, with the order ready on her desk I had to wait and when I I understand it, he gave it to me in a bad way, I think the person is racist because I am Latino, really all the staff are angry with a bad face

There's always something when I seem to go to this location. I ordered breakfast there and there a lunch you would think when you would receive a breakfast order if they were prepared for the Apple allow you to take it felt really don't know if I can blame it on them or the app.
