Drive through is available, generally priority above walk in orders. Which I'm not so fond of.

My thinking is if I got out of the car, and I'm standing waiting, my order is probably be priority.

Dine in orders usually has numbers to be placed on table so they can bring orders to you no tip is required.

There is also special market numbers etched in to the tables in case you want to order more, through app, and have them bring it to you.

There's not much to say about the food, I mean McDonald's is what it is.fast food and always hits the spot. However, the staff here never does the little things that I believe are so important in the customer facing service industry. They never say hello, thank you, have a nice day, I mean nothing. In many cases when I sat thank you to the staff, they simply say nothing in return. I'm not sure if this is because most do not speak English or speak it very little, but thus should be emphasized by management. Courtesy is always appreciated by paying customers.

The food quality keeps going down and the food price keeps going up. I'm done with McDonald's in general

Wanted to say i love the food. But every time i order they literally forget my barbecue sauce. Every time. It is on the order ticket but never in the bag.

Carmela was working the drive through when i came to get a big mac and its safe to say she has helped me have the best mcdonalds experience of my life! I will definitely be returning just for her.she was so polite and patient and fast! You go carmela!

As always they always meet up the orders, they need to go back to school or a doctor, beacuse they hard of hearing or don't know jow to read their tickets, is so frustrating at times, and this is constant, always giving g out the wrong item or forgetting them. Both McDonald's the ones on Bruckner!

McDonald’s on Bedford hills the employe on June /15 /22 pm the guy at night time shift, by the rite true window men whit dark skin is very very un respectability is lucking my wife legs wen my wife say to me Iam getting on shot I think people like hem is no for this can a job is insecure for families then gime the order totally bad please general person on charge do something whit this can a people before breaking the rules for the food service

Well it's McDonald's, super busy and my orders always are wrong, but hey it's all gone down hill since a McChicken isn't a 1.07. Insides are nice as hell, sell the fire places and bring back the dollar menu, we don't want fine dining, we want the dollar menu back. Bk anonymous, 2 year chip gone. I'll have it my way.

The dining room time says that it closes at 8pm. The staff chose to lock everyone out at 7pm! That’s an hour early!

Dine in hours till 8 pm as per the door sticker and it's closed at 7.25 pm. Only drive through open.

(I would like to suggest everyone to download their McDonald's app. They offer great deals & rewards points to receive free food)

Went here for breakfast at 10: 30 am on a Tuesday, they said they don’t do breakfast at that time. Strange.

Long car lines.but through fast!
Hot, and fresh.
But too bad no one smiles, or even acknowledges you.

Take my grandson here often its our spot we both love it there we sit outside when the weather permit and count the truck people are friendly and the service is good

Ordered two meals by number and the order did not come out correctly. Drive through employee was too focused on talking with another employee. Doors were locked so I could not go back inside to correct the order.

Even the late night crew was efficient. The smoothie machine was still working, the food was fresh, and they still had cookies.
