McDonald's, Webster NY

What is going on with McDonald’s. In line at 8: 45 PM. Pulled up at 8: 50 PM to give our order and was told we are not accepting anymore orders. We have been there numerous times to get a Sunday and was told ice cream machine was broken. Disappointed.

Completely messed up an order. Missing items.drinks, untensils, straws, and missing food. Even after coming back to the drive thru to complete the order.

It is McDonald's- you know what to expect. I tried to go inside for a to-go order. The cup of coffee I wanted took some time, but the service industry has struggled collectively for a while now.

By far the worst service ever, ordered my food through the app and did the curbside pickup, took me almost 30 min to get my food, then when I get back to my hotel room to eat I open up the bag to see I got half the amount of fries that should have been in the meal

Sat 25 minutes in curbside to only go inside.you call they don't answer the phone I'm literally walking in listening the phone ring. Will never ever stop at that location again

Poor service today, multiple customers asking for a refund. My order was wrong, I didn't realize it until I got home. One woman waited over 30 minutes for a Big Breakfast with Pancakes. I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit and a Sausage Egg and no cheese Biscuit and we received two Sausage Biscuits. Very dry and the Biscuits crumbled ask we picked our sandwiches up. There is usually good service here during the week days. I understand it's Saturday morning, but that is no excuse for poor service times or dry food. The prices have gone through the roof with eating out of your own kitchen. This is absolutely ridiculous for fast food in general. What happened to old time values and customs. These kids are very rude when you complain and try to settle the order to correct it. Throwing items and having fits. The best fast food places are not in the city/urban areas anymore. Go out 20-30 miles if you want good hot food and good service. Those kids are appreciative and courteous to their customers.

This McDonalds is a disaster. They have random hours and any order takes forever and is wrong 50% of the time. Wrote this review while waiting in line. Had to edit because order was wrong lol.

Saturday morning Waited 22 min in line. 11: 01 and told the breakfast menu flipped at 11am Very slow service. I dont want a cheeseburger at 11: 01 am!

Every time you go to drive thru it’s a 30 minute wait. You don’t open indoor dining or at least indoor ordering to help reduce wait times. Don’t complain you can’t find employees. Look at Wendy’s and Burger King right next to you. They are running great. I can’t believe corporate office lets this franchise get away with having indoors closed for like 2 plus years. Learn from everyone else.

Worst McDonald's ever. 30 minute wait for drive thru. The lobby doors are always locked. Fast food is called fast food for a reason, not order food and sit waiting for over a half hour. Waste of time especially for me being a doordasher. Don't go here, especially if you do doordash and are trying to make a few bucks on the side. The amount of time I sit and wait for this place to give me the food for my doordash order, is the amount of time that I could be off making 2 maybe even 3 deliveries and earning more money than waiting on this dump. Avoid at all costs

Did an order online for curbside pickup sat there for over 10 minutes I had to call into the store to ask where the order was and still head to wait for it to come out. Over another 8 minutes!

Ordered big breakfast via in store touch menu. Payed for it. Got a recite and a number stand. 15 minutes go by and no food. I inquired and tall chuncky blonde told me she yelled out "big breakfast" 10 minutes ago. I asked her why she didn't bring the food to the table per instruction s. She said "oh sorry". Well, thats not cool with me.

Can’t get the orders right and when you say something, they want to laugh and be rude…The manager is very rude as well, I should be able to have a say when it comes to food that I’m paying for, nothing is handed to me for free…Don’t get what you ask or pay for. This McDonald’s has gone down hill.

Nice location with updated interior and easy access drive dual drive thru. Unfortunately, this location did not have the dining area open to guests (I have noticed that not every McDonalds has an open dining areas these days) Service was fast and accurate. Drive thru staff was pleasant and hapily waited while I pulled up my McDonals app for rewards. As I've visited this specific Webster location several times, I fan say that the food quality and speed is nearly always perfect.

Large fry half full, not cooked enough. Double cheeseburger cold, crispy chicken sandwich, not crispy, no condiments or toppings recieved.

Randomly closed or dining room closed. Also drive thru takes forever lately. McDonalds usually has a consistently “alright” experience since I was a kid, but this location is consistently bad.

Went to two different Webster, NY McDonald's locations between 730p -8p Thursday Feb 17th and they were both closed. Staff closing the stores stated that they did not have staff to work. Did I miss something?

I moved here 6 months ago, live 5 minutes from this location and have fortunately never been able to find it open after dark. So I want to thank the owners of this McDonalds for helping me eat healthier and abstain from late night fast food eating. You guys rock! Please continue to never be open whenever I crave fast food.

0/10 there's one of your employees that should probably be looking for a new job. Maybe cleaning the bathrooms would be better suited for him since thats how he wants to run his mouth for absolutely no reason.
Matter of fact what time are your shift changes?

It’s just never open - no publicly available hours, closes randomly, and they don’t post signs or turn off lights. One night (maybe 8pm) there were 15 cars sitting in the drive through for fifteen minutes before someone drove to the window and asked if they were open. There were people clearly in there and they said no - but couldn’t be bothered to put a sign out. Avoid at all costs.
