15Got a hamburger it was good. Someday I would like to get another hamburger. I must save up some money to get french fries too.
Usual. Half filled fry boxes, slapped together sandwich because you just want ketchup, I'm overly nice to people who work there, because I know what they deal with. Only two people ever smile. Missy and Tonya I think her name is, she is really tall and works mornings.
Just very slow service in drive thru, dont really go in too often. Doesn't matter what you order though, you are always having to pull off to the side to wait for your food.
They never have oj or soda or get the orders right and can't even make the coffee rite
Very slow each time I walked in the few days I was visiting this area for a jobsite, walked in during different times of the day and staff was unhappy to be there and it was obvious, also extremely slow each time, took me nearly 15 minutes to get a cheeseburger, 6 peice nugget, and a vanilla shake and they still didn't even give me the right sauces I asked for, and there was nearly no one there!
Appalling. I've waited more than 20 min yo get 2 chicken biscuits. Then I end up with a sausage biscuit and a chicken griddle. Pathetic. If I'm told to wait again I'll just take a refund.
I'm sorry how is a large fry only half full when I get it. Also half the time they never pay attention to special upcharge requests.
Idiots honestly, they don’t know how to give you the order u ordered and would rather sit on there phones and eat the fries that are for the customers, ridiculous will never order from there again
It is 747 pm. I just waited too long in the drive thru. It is now 816pm and I'm just getting my order. Really people. Is this what you call fast food?
Was not happy got nuggets for my kids and kids it nuggets cold hot anyway not theses they were oily and gross they threw them out. So I would give the food a 1 just so sub par
This McDonald's is THE worst! My order is never right. Had to drive back today to get $20 in food they forgot. Fries are always over done. Don't know why I come here. Waterloo McDonald's is SO much better!
People are nice and sweet and courteous but food not so much they lack the care of what they are feeding their customers so I would say if you're going to this location make sure to check your food cuz most likely it will be burnt and reheated
Got order wrong but most important THEY CHARGED FOR FOR MY WATER! No other McDs charges for a medium water! And when I say NO OTHER, I have been VA, KY, MD, PA, WI, IN, other NY ones NEVER! So guess what, when we go thru with our bus or 15 passenger van GUESS WHERE WE ARE NOT STOPPING! That was twice they got order wrong and both time argued it was our fault IF we were inside and grabbed wrong one I would be ok HOWEVER WE WENT THRU DRIVE THRU!
When I ask for extra pickles they gave me two not to mention my food was cold horrible service
