McDonald's, Thornwood NY

Usually a great McDonald's but they are not open 24 hrs on Friday! Not sure about Saturday.

It's clean and the burger was hot, but they give you a miniscule amount of ketchup for a large fry and they look at you dumb when you try to get the free refill that is standard at almost every other McDonald's. It was a vaguely annoying experience.

Always gets the order wrong. Doesnt not care about customer service. Breakfast orders always wrong. Open late is joke.

The Employee at the drive through said we could only pay with cash. Although it was 1am, this is extremely alarming and has my family and I frowning upon this McDonalds franchise.

am opens at 4am sundays, waited for 30 minutes, no response In the drive thru, then called the store & the phone WAS answered but then was hung up after saying we were in the drive thru for a long time. HORRIBLE.

No refills! What McDonald's does this? I even asked the staff who said no refills sorry you have to buy another one.

The worst experience I have ever experienced at any fast food place and even at a McDonald's you don't expect much from McDonald's but at least consistency but this place was the worst plus the staff there was horrible they were telling people they had no bathrooms available until somebody from the town came in and found out that they were lying that they didn't have bathrooms available they just did not want to open them to the public. Which in fact is illegal not legal but only when he threatened to shut down did they allow people to use the bathroom. The food was disgusting in this McDonald's as well as being overpriced but the worse than I have ever eaten in any McDonald's in my life. And they should fire everybody that works there and start fresh because this is a busy McDonald's

I would not typically review a fast food establishment, but this McDonald’s has great outdoor seating! Almost feels like a cafe with all the tables outside. And my McGriddle was good.

Ordered frequently from this location and there’s been several times my order was not accurate when I received it. However because if it’s location, convenience, and liking of the food I would come back. As of last week, I had the worst experience ever which turned me off completely from this location altogether. It just takes one time to change the perspective. Such poor customer service received and was embarrassed in front of other customers.

Ever since the renovation this place has gotten very slow with the food. Before it was way better.

It's not bad from time to time a hamburger ehhehe, the people are very friendly and the place is clean and plenty of space,

Slow. Unenthusiastic. Disorganized. All traits which are exhibited by the employees at this location. If you order ahead for drive thru, your food won't be ready for at least ten minutes. I expected much better in such an affluent area.

The young lady at the drive through assured me that she understood my order. She did not. I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese no onion and instead to have the minced onions which usually go on the cheeseburger. She said yes I understand. When I paid and got to the window I was told to wait at spot one the food wasn't ready. Ok no problem cool. I go and wait and really nice lady comes out and she says the quarter pounder only has cheese and nothing else. I told her what I asked for and she understood right away. She said she wouldn't mind going back in and making it the correct way. I told her no it's OK it's not your fault. If drive thru girl didn't understand she should have said something or stop being lazy and move your hand and push the correct part of the screen either way booo to the drive thru girl for lying or being lazy and thank you to the wonderful worker who brought out my food.
