McDonald's, Brooklyn NY

The staff is fairly friendly, and the service is fairly expedient. The prices are standard McDonald prices, not too bad. I usually will go there once in a while if nothing else is open (I work at night, so my options are limited).

This place obviously needs some changes.
1. You can't sit in the food zone (with tables) even if you want to make an order using an app. Only staying near the line and electronic scoreboard. Insane. The security guard didn't let me sit in the half-empty hall where I could easily make an order in app and not stand in line.
2. You need to wait for a long time even only the coffee. 3 times I was waiting for my order more than 15 minutes. This place needs more stuff!
3. Only one window with stuff works. And every time in the morning and after 16 pm it's a huge line. You need to wait and wait.
4. Often many items are out of stock and you have to go back to the general line to get a cancellation and refund.

The level of service depends on the time you go. The morning staff is great, good service, efficient. The evening, after work staff is unprofessional and rude while taking too long with your order.

Can you start putting sauces for Uber orders? Every time I order they never put any sauces and napkins

It was nice and cold inside not to crowded the only problem was my granddaughter wanted a ice cream cone and it wasn't working they always has a problem with the ice cream machine

This place always has homeless people inside asking for a meal or money. There are kids running around everywhere including the kitchen area and no one cares.

So tired of ordering food online and each time the 4 extra sauces I paid for are missing. Same thing happens when I go in and place an order. This McDonald's must have idiots working there. Or they steal the sauces that I paid for and take them home.

Ordered just one McChicken and it never came. I’m not sure what’s worse, the slowness of the workers or me actually waiting 40+ minutes for a McChicken before I just gave up and left. I come here often because it’s close by, but it’s by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in NYC.

The food is good like always but this location is understaffed and there tends to be a long line. Also, the bathroom is locked?

This is the worst place I have ever visited, I have ordered my food at 3pm coz it's says open 24 hours, and when I get in there these idiots refuse to give me my food saying it's close, and they didn't give me my refund, the customer service is horrible, and this is some kinda joke or what, ya charging people for no reason.

What’s the point of having the machines if it doesn’t accept payment right there & then. Lines are too long & workers looked distressed. Might as well update l/fix the machines for a better experience ASAP.

Honestly am a Native of Brooklyn and work nearby. The people I service for work often ciait and periodically stop by as well. It's THE WORST McDonald's experience I have ever known. I'd rather take a bus to another location. Flatbush junction is popular, central and often full that understandable but rude cashiers and servers are ALWAYS what you get. People act like customers are a bother in their busy schedules. Tone of voice, micro and typical aggressions. The list goes on. Food often overdone or just sloppy. I get the long lines and rush but what happened to quality service? Not my time, not my money and I am making sure my clients find another location as well. I'm so tired of the horror stories. Who feels comfortable eating from someone who is disrespectful? Who?
