McDonald's, Forest Hills NY

Four stars for the service. One star left off because the hamburger doesn't seem as fresh as they used to be.

First of all I live far away from this mc Dolands and I heard that they got the best fries. I looked up their hours and it said 24h.which was in fact.a lie. I drove 30mins to get some fries to satisfy my midnight cravings but no. I was left with no fries to satisfy me. It hurts that I drive 30mins at 2am after my mom yelled at me not to go out at night. I came home with no fries. Very very disappointed. I did cry on the way back few times. This McDonalds really played an important role on my emotions that day.

The place is clean.when the school lets out at 2: 30 or three o'clock, the place is full of teenagers, and the stuff is a bit overwhelming, so always double-check your order.

This place used to be amazing and so much fun. Now it's a massive kiosk and so boring. You also have to "ask" for napkins, if you haven't added napkins in your cart. Yeah.that's a thing now.

I have to give a solid 5/5 rating to the McDonald's on Metropolitan Ave because my experiences there have consistently been top-notch. Here's why:

First and foremost, the staff at this McDonald's is exceptionally friendly. Whether it's during the busy morning rush or a late-night craving run, they always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. That kind of warm customer service is something I truly appreciate.

Now, let's talk about speed. The service here is lightning fast. No matter how busy it gets, they manage to keep the line moving efficiently. You're in and out in no time, which is perfect for those days when you're on the go.

But the real kicker for me is that my food order is always spot on. I can't stress how important this is. It's frustrating when you have to double-check your order every time you visit a fast-food joint, but at this McDonald's, they consistently get it right. That's a big win in my book.

So, friendly staff, quick service, and accurate orders – that's what you can expect at the McDonald's on Metropolitan Ave. If you're in the area and craving some fast food, this place definitely deserves a visit. Five stars, no doubt!

I ordered Mc crispy sandwich but one get one for a $1 and small fries to go
They only gave me the sandwich not the fries.
They should always check order and I will also check order next time if I order as it is very difficult to go back

Very helpful staff that serves the order promptly. The senior coffee is the right size and always hot.

This place now is so much Worse than the way it was 30 years ago... Many changes have been made that have made this place really Horrible now, It was really so much better around 30 years ago. I hope the place can go back to how it was in the past.

Breakfast was great. I thank you McDonald's for helping me with a great pick me up with a side of get up and go. I'm loving it!

McDonald's overall has gone downhill.
Burgers have shrunk to the size of a sliced Tomato.
This particular store NEVER has the prices that are advertised on TV. They always add more money.
Rarely are the same employees there. The turnover is ridiculous.
The parking and drive thru is the worst infrastructure I've seen at any McDonald's.

Standard McDonald's. Good thing it have parking and curbside pick up. Reasonablely fast.

It was quite the chaotic experience, but McDonald’s usually is. The staff was also great though and dealt with the chaos in stride and with a smile.

We had a worker (I believe supervisor/manager) help us and they were so lovely. They were out of apple pies so she substituted it for Cinnamon Rolls. We had come after a concert and it was pretty busy, but she still took the time to make sure we were happy. Great Job to the team!

The drive thru used to take forever but it's gotten better. Pretty good alternative to the best ones in the neighborhood

Went to drive through at 11pm, they took 5 minutes to take my order through the speaker. There is one car ahead of me by the pick up window, I have been sitting here for over 20 min and they still haven’t served the car in-front of me. It’s ridiculous how fast food is no longer fast food took about 25 min to receive my order. McDonald must be losing so much money with this slow service. In addition, I saw 5 cars drive away because after a certain time they only take online orders. Poor management. On a positive note, gentlemen at the window was polite and kind and food was fresh.
