What a “coincidence”: the toilets were closed here too. Seems to be part of the concept after all.

Great kiosk interaction along with their free reward program which allows a customer great deals and free food. So, for hi tech citywide convenience - this is the place! Pricy compared to a dine in restaurant.

Why does McDonald's keep saying 24 hours when it's not? People WORK overnight in the area. I walked here & it was closed. UPDATE THE HOURS. It's New York, city that never sleeps. People are awake & hungry at all hours - stop lying about your hours. 5am on a Tuesday & y'all are not open.

The hours on here are a lie, they close, seemingly at random.if it's after 10: 30 and it isn't friday or saturday, they're probably closed

All bathrooms locked. Very unprofessional. Phone number on receipt doesn’t work. Very bad experience. Regional office will be contacted. Don’t go there.

Food was okay ordered the meals but everything was charged out of court no tables in the place to sit on you have to get take out only at this location and they do not take orders at the counter you have to order online only very busy our location very bizarre

The food is the usual. No trash cans on the ground floor surprised me. Tourists come in to try to use the bathroom and are directed upstairs to where the dining area is. There's usually a homeless guy operating as a doorman and he is polite so consider buying him some grub if you don't have any change to spare.

Poor service. We ordered and had to waited 10 minutes to get our food. The order came incomplete also.

McMuffins were good. But they didn't include our order of hash browns in the bag, and the coffee came in a dribble cup. The crazy guy standing by the entrance screaming obscenities in our faces didn't really add to the experience.

Staff are pretty rude but the atmosphere is okayish, food is average. The sandwich was cold when served.

Nice atmosphere and architecture, but the bathrooms on the third floor were useless and the coffee tasted like qlo

Not nice service, was today, plus I was in the line n Spanish very short Macdonald employee put someone before me in the line bcs she is her friend n speaking Spanish.was very bad service

Horrible area. The non-stop of hanging out, making messes, and hearing obscene language is a big turn-off to take your children to enjoy their happy meals.

I ordered sprite and they gave me seltzer water without telling me i decided to get coke instead I went to get a change of soda I was rudely approached by the manager and him and the coworker badmouthing me and laughing in Spanish assuming I wouldn’t understand (I am Latine) then spoke to his coworker saying” these dumb people coming back to change things” and was given Diet Coke instead of regular which I didn’t realize until my partner tasted it when we left

Worst experience ever!

I decided to order a plain caramel sundae and a water while I waited for the bus. I waited 20 minutes and they didn’t bring it out. Most of the staff were standing around and chatting, none of them responded when I tried to ask about my very simple order. When I asked about my order they thought they brought it out already. Will be disputing the charge. Awful staff, awful location.
