McDonald's, Plattsburgh NY

Pandemic put a huge damper on their menu. Took off my favorites and said they may not bring them back.

Well, the bagels are back and pricey as everything else is. Steak bagel was bland, no sauce, no pepper, onions barely soft. For over $6 bucks, it's not worth it.

'Bout the only thing left I go there for occasionally is a couple of sausage muffins in the morning. Meh. Mickey D, s sure isn't what it used to be. The app sucks as well. People, for the most part, are friendly.if they can keep them.

I was trying to find something in my backpack and I was outside this restaurant and not even near the entrance / exit but since it was slightly after hours, one of the managers who had said hello on his way in mind you, decided to call the cops on me for God knows what reason instead of coming out and speaking to me like a man. I find this to be poor business management and therefore I can only imagine what he does during the rest of his day

Very clean restaurant. We were with a passenger bus. More than 54 people and the service was very fast.

All was ok except only one cash register open so took long time. I should go to car service and enter after would be faster

I asked for extra Eminems in my mcflurry and oh boy did they deliver. I should've asked for ice cream with my Eminems

Check your order before leaving the window can't remember the last time I got my whole order right the first time after sitting in a drive through for 20 minutes to watch cars pull up after me and get served first

They just don't do doordash orders when they don't feel like it and tell you they never received an order.

Order is always wrong, they forgot a whole kidsmeal on my order, and although they try to make it right it's just annoying getting the wrong order everytime and then going up and getting it again the right way

For a short time a while back McDonald’s offered breakfast all day and night … This was great and I would do breakfast for a late lunch. Don’t really visit to often now since they no longer have this option. Bring breakfast back all day!

One of the best Macdonalds, friendly staff, and the food was delicious and sufficient. Highly highly recommend.

This place is Extremely Horrible. Do NOT go here MUST AVOID! Workers go there absolutely hungover, the workers don’t wear gloves while prepping the food. Half the food they handout has been sitting for a day or two then they cook it. The girl manager there is absolutely Rude! Very controlling! She runs the minors down so bad and treats the workers very horrible.

Slow for a basic order. Don't expect to have to wait over 5 minutes for a 6 piece nugget.

We went in around 6: 30 pm, it took 25 minutes between when we ordered and when we received our food. 10 nuggets and 3 small burgers. There were about 3 other clients waiting inside at that time. The place was dirty. I am not going back to this McDonald's.

Every time I go through the drive through, they mess up my order! Why can't they hire competent workers? Service was also very slow. Two cars that pulled in after me in the other lane were waited on before me.

Ordered egg mcmuffin @10: 29am, nothing to write home about plus they had to think about making

Bad experience. The service was bad. The coffee was coloured water actually and the ice cream did not have any taste. Bad experience overall. Not recommended
