Simple, fast, and affordable drinks and breakfast. Becoming overpriced in other items like Big Macs and such.

Over a half hour of waiting outside. I went inside to a lobby full of people waiting around forever. Worker literally bumped into me as I was standing in line, more concerned with getting ice cream sandwiches for their coworkers and that they brought in for them. No sorry, no excuse me, nothing. Kids spilling stuff in the floor and no one cleaning it up. Place is absolutely horrible, not even comfortable being in there. It doesn’t feel safe. Complete chaos. Instead of dealing with the rush, the two workers they DID have were goofing around and taking selfies with people who just ended their shift - right in the lobby around the 20 people standing there waiting.

Listen, I know working as a waitress, food place worker, etc.can be difficult and whatnot. However, I must say the service here is absolutely insane. In a bad way. I ended up waiting over an hour. AN HOUR. For 3 items, not meals, items like a mcchicken. Not only are there no employees, some employees just stand there. I asked for my food politely at around the 30minute mark and they said they are working on it. Highly don’t recommend

Omg worst place i've ever encountered.i advise to avoid this location at all costs.waited 20 minutes for a mcchicken and a large fry.thought coming in vs drive thru would be faster since drive thru was so backed up when i arrived.it was crowded inside.the kid at the counter didn't seem to know what he was doing and made some customers upset.while i was waiting, there was orders that were ready on the counter.noticed some bags said the person ordered almost 30 minutes prior to myself coming here to order food.i guess people paid and left due to the long wait.i don't blame them.food was fresh and hot but didn't get enough fries for a large size that i had ordered.won't be coming here again.

Waited for over a half hour for 4 burgers and 4 small fries for my kids…. Still waiting…I’m going to take a nap. Wake me up when my food is ready. I know it’s fast food but one word answers at the speaker from the staff was great too.

Thanks for the cold food it’s worse than usual.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal at 2: 10pm. Not only did I wait 30 mins in line because the second window was closed but they gave me cold fries and a big mac. A damn big mac. A medium big mac meal is $3 cheaper than a quarter pounder meal. I did not realize till i got back to work. I deeply saddened by this mistake. Come on Ronald, where are the standards?

If they're going to have two drive-throughs, then they should hire enough staff to handle them. Must be a horrible place to work.

Waited 45 minutes for 2 soft drinks. Decided to give it a second chance I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes not a word pulled up to the window and a hour later got my one mcflurry. Go to endicott or apalachin. Trust me it's worth it

The speed of services and making the food is super slow. Please do something in regards to this please.

Not enough room for people w/I children took to long to get food children running around uncontrolled and screaming made others uncomfortable and leave

I hate to be rude but these are some of the most incompetent people I have encountered at a fast food restaurant. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order it’s like they cannot understand what I am saying. In the simplest of orders. My FIRST time here I asked for extra pickles for my burger after I had picked up my tray with the food and they were EXTREMELY CONFUSED as to how to make that happen. I finally had to tell them they usually just put them in a small 4 count nugget box…. The second time I ordered an item off the menu “a la carte” as it stated on their menu and the girl very rudely responded that she “DONT KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS! ” Even my 14 year old said how rude that lady sounded. I also have an issue with their layout of their drive thru parking, you need to paint the curbs red or yellow so people can distinguish where the curb begins and ends. My 3rd time here the people could not understand my order, repeated each part of my order back incorrectly! What is the deal? They take FOREVER in the drive thru. And their playground is DISGUSTING! Where’s a chick fil a when you need one?

It was 9 pm and I went through the drive through the to order and after 5 minutes of waiting they told me they were closed so I left. Then I’m driving by 10 mins later and see they are still serving food to multiple people. Bad service.

I dont usually leave reviews but waiting for my food at this place at the drive thru gives you plenty of time to do so. Sometimes i come back hoping it'll be a better experience but it doesn't change. Food is fine but waiting 20+ min to get a drink then 15+ more for some nuggets and fries is way longer then you'd have to deal with at other locations. One time I decided to go inside instead of drive thru thinking it might be different maybe quicker. 30min in I'm still waiting people were complaining they've been there 45+min asking for their money back.

Front counter cashier was rude
Was missing all drinks stood at the counter for 15 minutes.when finally got someone to acknowledge me they handed me all drinks except one and then got mad when I asked for it.didnt give to me.just walked away
Another employee had to come over from drive thru to give it to me
The only good thing about the whole visit was the kid in reflection gear who brought the food to us was pleasant

Always gets orders wrong, terrible customer service. I waited for an order for 10 mins for it to be wrong. Didn't notice until I was a mile down the road. Had to go back and they still tried to give me the wrong order.

I have recently been here twice with my Grandson.the last visit being yesterday. I order the $5 fan meal through the kiosk. He gets the chicken nuggets, small fries and the small drink. I get the double cheeseburger and order a large soda. You are supposed to pick one of the table numbers and they will deliver your food to your table. Receipt said the order was in at 2: 12pm. As of 2: 22pm still nothing. So I go up to the counter and it's almost like all the employees are avoiding me and trying to hide. Finally question the cashier and she checks only to come back saying "they are making it.all the other orders have to be filled. " Obviously she is referring to the drive thy orders. Fries, and chicken nuggets should be readily available at all times.so seriously over 10 minutes to slap together a double cheesesburger? Finally get our food and sit down to enjoy cold fries. I had to ask for the drink cups as well.
This has to be the slowest McDonald's around and next time I will order through the drive thru.park and then go inside to eat. Obviously they are the only orders that matter!
