McDonald's, Bath NY

Stopped on our way home from vacation
It is a nice McDonald's and has a little play area for kids. The play area requires socks and they sell them at the register for $. 75 which is a great deal and good for those kids that didn't have socks on because of wearing flipflops

Ordered and paid formy food via the kiosk. Standard breafast meals. Waited 20 minutes with no food. The couple next to me mentioned to the employee who brought their food I had been there first. The employee looked at me and without saying a word turned and walked away.

I had an appointment and had to leave.
I left me tent with the order number on it with a gentleman who sat down next to me.

I don't know if he ever got the order or not.

I don't see myself going back.

I've regularly enjoyed breakfast here about once a week and other meals at least that much.

The manager has always seemed friendly and the food previously was always well prepared and enjoyable.

I don't see myself going back.

Love the update. Place your order sit down and they bring the food to you. Order kiask also Service is 100 times faster this year than previous. One toilet. One urinal in the men's room.

Spent 15 min in DT. With only 3 cars in front of me. Ordered ahead with the App and still waited another 3 min once I got to the Window

Couldn't find the door dash review spot so if someone could help that'd be awesome, ordered McDonald's through door dash this morning, for some breakfast for the family the 30mins later they cancelled our order. Like wow!

It was just a stop along the way on a motorcycle trip. This was really a well run McDonald's.

We love the food. They always get our order correct. We order and get our drinks and go sit down and they bring us our food. They always go the extra mile to make the kids happy and try and give them the toy they want.

Brother doordashed my wife and i and himself food.there was hair in the food and we were told it was a problem with doordash. They are lucky there isnt another McDonald's in town or we'd stop ordering from here.

Another order done right. Person at the front was very courteous. Order was put together quickly and everything was nice and hot. Been using this Macdonald's for a few years now and have no complaints.

Mobile order TQ52 Hung up on 2xs when I called to complain about the dried out flat burritos missing fillings. Told " I don't like how your saying it" "I said, how do you want me to tell you? ". I called back to ask why he hung up on me. Started to tell about the food and was hung up on again. 3rd time a professional sounding staff took my complaint and told me it was EDWARD I spoke with. I will never deal with this place again. Burger King from now on. And a broken hash brown was found in my bag also. Maybe someone is tired of working or maybe worse. Very poor customer service and this was not the first time.

Refuse to go there again waited over half an hour in drive threw employees are rude and immature my order is never right or lacking items an they never have milkshakes or ice cream they don't ever turn it on bc they are to lazy to clean it so they just tell everyone its broken seems the more we go into the future the more lazy and disrespectful ppl get

Rewards code still not working. Order was wrong and had to have manager enter code mainly. Fix the app

Ordered a 6 piece nugget and got 4 in a 6 piece box. Already drove off so couldn't even say anything. Sad, I always check to make sure the food is there but now I have to count each nugget for them. Once again order messed up payed for a bacon ranch deluxe and got a bare chicken sandwich. They didn't even put pickles on it, its just lettuce and patty.

Every single time we go there and get a Mcchicken with cheese the cheese is never there. I pay for the cheese. And when you call to complain Edward said the stickers on the bottom they dint see it.

Has a nice little playground for kids inside the building.food is usually pretty decent for the cost.

Always a busy place. Always friendly staff and service as quick as they can be. Bath location has the last of the play areas in a McDonald's. (That I know of)
