McDonald's, Bronx NY

I’m Driving to McDonald's from 15 minutes away and was not allowed to use the bathroom. Requesting to the very emergency manager did not help

I went to this location a little after 10pm and order two strawberry & cream pies via the kiosk.

I received my order in about 3mins or so, but upon checking the bags contents, there were two apple pie boxes. I then notified manager, and showed my receipt.

The manager tells me the boxes indeed contained strawberry pie, but were placed in apple pie boxes because they were out of strawberry pie boxes.

I took her word and almost walked away, but decided to check the contents of the boxes, which turned out to be apple. I again informed the manager of the error.

Manager takes back the order, and I had to wait over 20mins for new pies to be baked, even though the kiosk listed items in stock.

After the wait, manager handed me the items I paid for in the same used and crumpled bag of the original order. Miraculously they now had the correct boxes for the pie.

Manager didn’t once say, sorry for the inconvenience. I will make it my business to share my experience on all social media platforms, and NEVER! Visit this location again due to the poor customer service.

It’s such a shame how the level of customer service from McDonald’s in n.y. C varies by location. Customer service in the Times Square location compared to the bronx is like night and day.

I choose to vote with my wallet, and not accept poor customer service.

I was able to order my food yesterday because the Manager Elisha stated both registers was down for cash. They was not accepting cash only cards and to order at the kiosk. I asked her for the store number and she said she don’t know because she quit. I then asked her if you hit why are you still making people food and help prepping for the picks up. She said she don’t have to answer she quit and she don’t care. She then began speaking in Spanish to her other con workers making sandwiches and they all began to laugh. It was so beyond me because I just lost my debit card and left all my crafty cards home yesterday. Worst experience ever I will stop going to this location. I didn’t go into McDonald’s looking for a fight or argument I went into make to get some food.

I asked the staff if the restaurant still open so I can place a mobile order to use my points.
- They said YES is open. 15 sec after that, I heard the staff saying "I CLOSED THE SYSTEM", meaning the mobile order APP and credit cards transactions are closed and can't be open it until the next shift. What a discussing experience I had.

Uffff they must have police authorities inside because of the bandits and homeless people.

Garlic Knots are the best knots I have eaten. Bathroom is well maintained even on the busiest of Saturday nights.

Came in there at 11: 14PM on a weeknight they had numerous people waiting for orders and 4 people behind the counter. They cut off the mobile stand so no one could place an order and when i went to the register i was told that they was closed even though their site literally says they close at 1AM.

Bad service, new cashier don't understand how to work the register and noone wants to help, employe with bad attitude

Sell happy meal for 5.49 that comes with juice. But charge extra for the juice. Sounds like stealing to me.

Pretty unclean dining area, no one seems to be actively cleaning the few times I’ve gone here. The fries were hot and nice, the drink was okay, the carbonation has been low every time I got a drink here. Their crispy chicken sandwich isn’t bad but… they forgot the tartar sauce in my Fish Filet, that’s almost a crime to do

Also, no cashier is regularly taking your order and instead you use a kiosk, causing lines to back up a bit for no reason

Walked in on a Saturday MORNING and the entire place smelled like urine and fish. Walked right out.

Customer service at this specific point leaves a lot to be desired. If you want to be treated in a rude way, just come to that point to order something. There are never any drinks, everything runs out fast. And if you order takeout from any app, you're clearly going to receive something you didn't order.

Teens running around talking loudly and flipping chairs and staff or management did not interfere. Made my dining experience very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory.

Good employees. Food was satisfactory & unlimited fountain drinks. Great McDonald's

During the week, there's no line here it wasn't too busy. When I went there, food was fairly done quickly and efficiently all the staff was friendly and nice. The place was bright, clean and big. Plenty of seating available. They have a play room for the kids. This establishment is very well kept. And the order was right and good. The bathroom was unbelievable and cleaned for such a high traffic area. Hats off to the manager
