McDonald's, Liverpool NY

Pulled up on a Friday morning for curbside and nobody came out to bring my food I had to go inside and get it myself. No people skills, customer service skills or any social graces whatsoever this is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to I will never come back here again and I have every intention of telling all of my friends, family and even strangers. There is no way they are holding up to the standards of what McDonald's is supposed to be. Ray Kroc is spinning in his grave!

Went there on a Sunday, they seemed very unorganized. People were complaining of how long everything was taking. The staff spoke Spanish to each almost the whole time. It was uncomfortable and seemed rude.

Sign says fastest drive thru on 7th north street. Bwahhaha that's a joke.they consistently mess up my order. 20 piece mcnuggett and a large fries. Doesn't sound too complicated. But they forgot my fries I only went there cause I was in the area. I would have gone to the Burger King on 7th north but for some reason it's closed.

I never eat at McDonald's except on a road trip here and there. The young woman at the drive thru window needed to go ahead and drink her coffee or eat her McMuffin because she was GRUMPY. I'm sorry I ruined her morning by showing up!

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered one medium fry you would've thought it was suppose to be fine dining the way they took forever. Y'all can take down the sign that says fastest drive-thru on 7th north. You're about the slowest in ALL of Syracuse. Hire better people seriously.

This location is complete trash! The employees are extremely rude and NEVER get an order right. If you like getting wrong orders and like being treated poorly then you have come to the right place!

Food is always cold. The whole management team needs to be fired. The people that work there are disrespectful rude. Don't care nothing about customer service. Don't take the time to get your order right And very unprofessional when you bring it to their attention. Really sad, because this is in a nice neighborhood. And now there's a stabbing. Will not return to this McDonald's. They need to have a district or regional manager. Visit all the sites undercover.

Never get wht I ordered. Worst McDonalds ever. Im done wasting money on the trash they give.

This McDonald's is the worst I've ever been at. Takes forever for them to take your order. People standing around waiting and when you get your order it's wrong. They are too busy standing around talking to each other. While sitting there, I saw three different people come in from having gone through the drive through that had their orders wrong. They seem to concentrate more on Uber orders than anything else. Brutal. Stay away.

Stopped here tonight to get a coffee because dunkin was closed. Arrived at 9: 35pm. Drive thru lane was huge. I drove around to go in the lobby and it was locked went and got in line no cars they took 2 orders in the other lane, never got to me. I left will never go back at night! Might be awhile before I come back. Went to the McDonald's on Thompson road near work, got right thru with no issues. Very friendly staff at Thompson road.

About a week and a half ago, my husband and I ordered some food. We ordered online through the app. We went to pick up our order and the doors to the building were closed so we went to go through the drive thru and a man was blocking the enterance since they were closing soon. We told him we had an online order. He told us we would have to go to the drive through window and hope they would give us our order (WHICH WE PAID FOR). I went to the drive thru window in which the workers were even more rude than the drive thru guy. An employee walked out of the building to her ride home and told us they gave our order away since they were closing. We never received the food we ordered and were also never refunded!

If I could give a negative I would took my money and refuse to give me a refund on my food.

Food taste horrible, and the manager of that place is so rude, need to be gone ASAP she yelled at me at the drive thru and also she was arguing with an employee when I went inside!

Online and app hours are never accurate. Currently sitting between two cars in the drive thru and you were supposed to order an hour ago. I already paid in app.

This is the slowest McDonald’s around and the service is horrible. I waited over 40 for my food and no one seemed to care. The order was a total mess too and not even correct. Will never go here again.

If I could make it a negative stars I would. Ordered 2 kids meals. 1 with cheeseburger 1 with chicken nuggets. Both with chocolate milk. Fries, apple slices. I waited by the counter with both my little kids for our order to be put out. They never gave me a order #.
I asked multiple times about our order, the woman behind the counter shrugged her shoulders and ignored me. After 18 minutes of waiting and 6 people getting their food who came in after me first. I finally said to another person behind the counter that I was extremely annoyed and needed my order. He said he didn't know and walked in the back and got on his phone. There was another woman that said sometimes they put orders in to go area. I looked it was there. So instead of them calling out the order they just put it on the counter. When we got into the car with our food. There was 2 nuggets in the order and each kid had no fries. My daughter's hamburger had pickles and ketchup on it no cheese no bacon. I was so frustrated I drove to another place to fulfill their meals.

I mean, I know it’s just McDonald’s fast food but the people here are SO RUDE in the way they talk to you and take orders.
