McDonald's, Brooklyn NY

Thank you for allowing me to sponge off the the store's free Wi-Fi. Having free Wi-Fi made the wait for my sister to be finished in the dentist's office across the street a lot more tolerable.

They didn't give me my full order. Its like you pay in full and then get shorted because if you don't check your stuff they let you walk right out the door

Food is fresh and staff is friendly. This location actually gets your order right the 1st time too.

Dont really eat mac donalds.my daughter likes it so i usually get it for her.she likes ranch sauce for her chicken nuggets.lol.kids

The wait is a little to long. Need more staff in the morning but food very good and cheaper choices

A nice newly renovated McDonald's, the service needs to be a little faster but overall it's a great establishment.

Loosely service a/c was not working was on line waiting for decalf coffee more than 1/2 hour left food I played for because people that came after me was being served and I was ignored they can keep the money I'm through with McDonalds

Upset that my Ubereats driver did not deliver all my items! Called the store and the individual that I spoke with was understanding and offered my missing items complimentary. Kudos to your team on delivering great customer service!

I waited in the drive thru for 40mins. I didnt get to place my order via intercom due to no one speaking through it. Once I drove up to the window and placed my order the attendant states its cash only. Why wouldn't they say that via intercom I would not have wasted 40mins of my time. Very fustrating experience

Just stopped by to get some of there amazing french fries. This time I got a shake as well. It was fast the service was quick and polite. Fries were fresh.

Much better compared to years ago when you didn't have people caring about what your order. The upgrade where you can order yourself and a full view of the kitchen is amazing and much needed. The staff as so friendly

Service inside wasn't as fast as expected. Ordered from the kiosk and the food took 7+ mins to come out. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee with no customization other than cream and sugar in the coffee. I was a little disappointed in the slow service and also the coffee didn't taste that great either. I'd likely skip this location if I could reasonably do so going forward.

I would give zero stars, but that’s not an option.
It says this location is open 24 hours, but at 1: 00 a.m. The doors were locked.
That’s FALSE ADVERTISING and cruel.
If only the Drive Thru is open 24 hours it should say that.

I grew up in this neighborhood and I know that this branch has been around before I was born. Its a long time of servicing the neighborhood. It was known for its fun atmosphere and cool staff but recently has the most rude and ghetto staff. I see they remodel recently I hope they have new staff members as well. Really disappointed that they took away the children's play area that was a staple in the community. It will never be the same and I am pretty sure I will never be returning.

My local McDonalds. The line moves, it is only slowed down by customers. Great McDonalds to go to with good staff.

The decor is nice but the security guard was rude af.asking my daughter am i a boy i laughed it off but i feel insulted with his old ugly ass! Besides that its cool

It's a recently remodeled mcdonalds, so it's really nice and clean inside. It also has the kiosks to order off of, which is pretty cool.

Remodeled a while ago. If you are not having your meal to go, they now bring you your food. Service was not bad. Food still tasted the same though.not a fan of McDonald's.food still tastes fake.

I don't eat here, however I stopped by to use the restroom and the staff was so friendly that aftwrwards I was scouring the menu for vegan options. Great service works wonders. Keep it up guys!

The nastiest McDonald's with the nastiest employees touch the cup by the led where you put your mouth they don't even wash your hands after touching money after touching and sweeping the floor with the mop they do everything and come and pack your food there are the most disgusting McDonald's I have ever seen in every city state that I ever been in.this place is despicable it should be shot down over 28 violations this place is a toilet
