I Think McDonald's Is Great Restaurant To Eat Out At It's Friendly- Family The Staff Are Nice And Helpful Plus The Service Is Great And Food Is Delicious Also It's Good For Socializing And Hanging Out With Your Friends And Family After Work Or After school I Wish I Could Work At McDonald's It's Such A Great Place To Grab A Quick Bite And Enjoy Yourself

Poor customer service cashier was rude need to be train properly and please fix your audio /mic system

This one is right across the street from The Bronx zoo. It's a nice location. The service is fast and efficient. There is drive-through an outdoor seating. Due to covid-19 protocols, there is no indoor dining at this time.

They ALWAYS forget somethinhg on the orders.this time was large french fries.couldnt go back to ask for it.

Used drive through. Ordered large sprite and fries. Fries were cold and sprite tasted like club soda. Had to turn around and go 20 miles to get back. Went inside to alert the staff the soda machine must be off and requested a new soda and hot fries. Took me 8 minutes of being ignored when I asked to speak to a manager. A young lady rudely approached me, and rudely walked away from me before I even finished expressing my complaint. She said she was the manger but I noticed she had the same color uniform as all the other employees. After waiting another 10 minutes a real Manager approached me, listened and put a cup in front of me and made me some hot fries. I requested the other employees name and a complaint form. I was given the name Akie and ab1800 number and promptly dismissed. I felt very disrespected and will never go back to that establishment or recommend it. I will follow up with my complaint and hopefully the corporate office will value a paying customer and screen and train their employees better.

I immediately felt sick after eating a Bic Mac with no cheese from this establishment. My throat became itchy, then my neck itchy an sweaty now I have the bubble guts and my chest feels heavy. I hope there was no EXTRA sauce added with the special sauce they piled on very sloppily. Not to mention I had to pull up to the Thank You sign for them to bring my food outside. Lord please help me.

Worst place to eat from if you ask me, fast service bad customer service and the food is not that great!

Ok for a quick meal for kids, but in general they dont cater to vegetarians or vegans. Unless you want stale fish burger.

I love a quick bite to eat before I go in to work if I have no time to make breakfast at home this is where I stop love it

Speedy service, kind employees and exceptional overall food. Would recommend to anybody that lives uptown in the Bronx. Nice place to chill and enjoy food.

Nice restaurant. Didn't appreciate having to listen to mentally disturbed person yelling and screaming profanities, hitting the seats and threatening everyone in the restaurant. Took too long for police to arrive.

Place is usually clean. I still like to wipe off the table with the sanitation wipes before sitting to eat if I stay. The food is ok, good enough to grab a quick bite if your hungry and that's the only place around you at the moment. Still hoping they come up with a better menu and new options. Always eating at home and cooking healthy food is a better choice and saves you money.

False advertising, make a claim of offering a meal (photo displayed showing meal), and then even manager tells me there is no meal, have to purchase separately.

The morning staff pays no attention to the restaurant the tables where dirty and the staff just stand around and talk

This is at the gun hill location. The drive thru was slow and the food was cold. Allerton Ave is excellent.

These young people working here talk too much over your food that they are serving the customers. Their customers service skills needs improvement

I did an order on ubereats and got the wrong order. I never recieved the wrong order before so I was very shocked and disappointed when it did happen.

The service is horrible. Don't go trust me. The bread is old, the workers mess up your order and when you correct them nothing but attitude.

They don't deserve that star. I feel bad for the few good ppl that work there.workers are sloppy and bad at their jobs.and rude!

This is a very easy to reach location on E. Gun Hill Rd.and east of Btn. Rd. (US-1) also a 4 min.drive from I-95 (New England Thrwy.) either South or Northbound of the East G. H. Rd.exit, a large parking lot with wheel chair access as well, u are welcome to check it out.
