McDonald's, Glendale NY

Staff does not know how to take orders! Food and drinks could be better if they actually followed directions.

I've been craving Frappe's all week, and they whipped me a good Mocha Frappe after a long workday. Very appreciative.

This place is horrible the customer service just horrible the manager here is rude and always on her phone and does not do anything to help the customer it’s like she doesn’t care

The breakfast was very bad I had 2 pieces of bacon that was half cooked. 1 small egg and patato. It was terrible. They used to be before but now for the price it's not worth it.

This McDonald's is one of the best I've seen in Queens! It is always very clean, such quick service, and parking for days! Highly suggest this place. I make such good memories with friends here.

Clean, staff are friendly. I think more better than a lot of Mac branches which became recently horrible.

You can't go wrong at McDonald's for breakfast. I had a sausage egg Mcmuffin, a coffee and a hash brown. It was hot and tasted fresh.

Uber Eats + this McDonalds = someone WALKING your order over to you, AND half your order MISSING upon very late (and cold - its February!) arrival. Charged $6 delivery fee & tipping the delivery person, and you're granted the delightful service of a lot of money spent BUT for half the food. OH goodie!

I don’t like this McDonald’s at all. They are very rude here. I think it’s ridiculous that you have to pay for sauce after you buy something. Not only that but I found hair in my food multiple times.

Worst service ever, was just there and seems like everyone ahead of eas getting wrong orders including me. Ordered #1 large & 2 Apple pies, received small soda & fries got home to find pies were from 4: 30 this afternoon

I was there this evening 12-23-19 @ 6: 50 pm ordering hot chocolate and the area was dirty and I asked them not to place the cups on the metal table since it was disgusting, all wet with water and cream. The manager said it was clean. Bull.it was; shame on you for keeping that place filthy. Got a refund and went to Dunkin Doughnuts across the street. Their hot chocolate was done well.

SLOWEST MCDONALD'S ON EARTH. WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR A PLAIN HAMBURGER. THE STAFF JUST RUNS AROUND PRETENDING TO BE BUSY. THEY DONT WANT TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE, BUT THEY SHOULD.

It's a fast food place so you can't expect much the only thing they did try to tell me that I did not order something that I did order because obviously it was on my receipt and I paid for it

They have orderering kiosks so you don't have to wait in line.

We came after lunch time and it looked like they hadn't cleaned many of the tables.

I had to take my mom inside for a quick restroom break. There was only one handicap parking space. The handicapped stall was the perfect size for both of us. The sink could be lower for the disabled and children. I noticed the order board in the lobby, but mom couldn't stand to make an order. We used the drive-thru it was amazingly quick. Mom loved her Happy Meal.

Two days in a row we ordered two sandwiches and an iced coffee. It took twenty minutes and they messed up our order

Bad costumer service! Half an hour ago it was not busy but it took half an hour for a order of chicken nugget happy meal. By the time they hand me over the drinks (caramel frap and strawberry smoothie) the 12pcs french fries are already anemic and cold. Guess who is rude and have a bad costumer service and slooow (#onpurpose) the managers. #hireabettermanagers #beabetterperson #thisisonyouGM.

Food is like in any other McDonald's. Customer service is really poor. Bathrooms always stinks. BUT is the only fast food restaurant around.

Every time I got they forget stuff I am the first customer this morning and missing half my items. Called 4 times no one picked up

Great coffee, but they raised the price, I get my coconut coffee now, I go to 7eleven, same price.delicious
