Best McDonald’s in East New York! I can actually say they food is well cooked! Very welcoming & I just love it here.

Went through the drive through and was waiting 15 minutes to order and another 8 minutes to get food. While they were serving 1 vehicle

I sometimes go for my kids but I personally do not eat it. My kids they dnt care they just love the taste but I kno wats in it. That's why I dnt eat it.

I don't recommend going here. Food delivery guys all over the place. Got into an argument with a delivery guy because I asked him why he was standing on the register line. When he left he went to his car and stood outside waving a knife. Also witnessed multiple instances of delivery drivers picking up food orders without masks on. And the store still gave it to them. Stood on line 20 minutes to place my order because they don't even look at you while they do the delivery orders.

We tried to order through the machine self service for $ 8.66, check out as usual pay with a credit card but do not come out receipts. We told Teller about this, but required that we wait again. Teller canceled our order, and requested that we order again. We show the machine order number written # 989, and prove to have paid through proof of our msg bank in phone. Finally the teller gave 1 pc order, we refused because we ordered 5 pcs. They say there is no order in their computer systems. Horrible service, fake fraud.

Busy at times but when it's busy you can sit down at the table and they'll bring it over to you

Might as well go to Burger King across tge street. Horrible service from managers. Updates are nice but hire new managers. Customer service needs to be taught extensively.

This McDonald’s is #1 on my list. Great staff, order is always correct and delivery is always on time.

Nothing works! Half of the menu is missing! Managers is a degenerate that dropped out of high school!

Need management improvement. I went in at 11.30 pm Friday. There were only about 5 customers inside, but it took them 15 minutes to get 2 Bacon egg cheese mcgriddles. The automated ordering system payment does not work, all 4 of them, so you have to take the order to the cashier. Another customer asked a refund for her chicken sandwich as she could not wait any longer.

Have they reimbursed the original McDonald's brothers' families yet? Billions and Billions sold.

I'd have to say this McDonald's is busy and efficient as well. The lady red out our water and all our food was there the food was pretty good not bad. No complaints here, I've been there a few times.

Im going to put 5 stars now because they had improved a lot! They used to have a lot of ppl that worked there with nasty attitude. But now they are so friendly and the places inside is safer than before.

My gf wanted McDonald’s last nite went here sat on drive thru for 13 minuets the cashier had to repeat my order 3times, finally got up to pay food was trash! Nuggets was dry sprite soda was wArm no ice was added fries was warm apple pie had no temperature (no idea how long it was there) sad part about it the tall light skin manger took the order. Worst experience I wouldn’t recommend this place for a late nite go to.

This McDonald's is very slow no matter which way you place your order phone drive thru or standing online

They need to work to improve online order skills. What I meant is, in other store once you place online order, you will get food ready as you walk in to the store. However this store is different. They make you to wait for food.

This McDonald's was busy and efficient. Most orders came out quickly. A few of the cashiers were bilingual and orders were taken in either English or Spanish. I had to ask a worker cleaning tables to unlock the restroom. I think the restroom should be available without having to track down a worker to open the door.

Midnight drive up service is trash unprofessional and they try to give you old cold food so by the time you check you at destination ultimate trash

Service was great and quick and the employees were quite pleasant at this location I definitely will come back again

She took oder at the beginning of drive thru but started preparing after i paid on last window. I was standing for10 mins
