McDonald's, Jamaica NY

Will my burger was supposed to come with a hamburger meat inside and all it had was bacon and cheese and ketchup and pickles

Ate @ Century super buffet 2 weeks after it opened for business, very impressed how the place look decent, made the ambiance more welcoming. I and my friends missed the regular crew who used to served us, missing also the MaitreD who was very friendly, currently crew is not friendly. It’s my and my friends place to go to have for our Chinese food fix. It’s inexpensive although the price was increased, the food is good, we always enjoy the fried Flounder, steamed flounder/ salmon, love the baked sweet potato variety of Sushi, seaweed salad, oh plenty selection of dessert, love the apple strudel and boochi.

WORST experience ever. I gave my order and got close to NOTHING right. Our 2 10 piece nuggets were the spicy one when we specified not PLUS they forgot the third one we ordered. We didn’t get fries or our milkshakes. We got extra soda for “compensation” and half the “sodas” were water. All of our sauces were hidden in the happy meal. Our sauces were OPEN. We still payed in full price. NEVERR ORDER HERE.

McDonald's is my favorite coffee shop, I just love their decaf coffee. Any where I visit, once I see are McDonald's I have to have my cup of coffee.

I like it but it's a terrible place if school is in session, school makes this place the worst deserves 1 no 0 when school is in session other than that in the summer it's great I like it

Horrible service. Want a bad experience.pls.this is it. 9 min for a medium fries order. If I don't flag another rep. Still be there

They hide their napkins behind the counter. The wait is almost 20mins around 2: 30. And they have no system set up for ALL the kids that are rushing in after school.

Service is hit or miss at this location. There should be a security guard watching this place as there are many suspicious looking people and homeless ones just wamdering around. Looks like the place ia remodeled as of 2/19 so hopefully things have changed.

Your order has fries but I must ask for ketchup, and if you don't ask they will not give you napkins as if you will not need them after your meal no good service it's as if they are doing you the favor in getting you your order I rather go to Burger King

The place seemed beautifully decorated. However the amount of customers make it kind of chatic. Customer service not so great lol, the workers seemed kind of rude

The sign clearly says and commercial says that ALL DRINKS no matter what size is $ 1 so i ordered a sweet tea and the manager tells me all drinks except sweet tea is $ 1and i told her it doesn't specify what drinks are $1 It says ALL DRINKS no matter the size. What a ripoff. Not everyone drinks soda

This is a well run store thanks to the store manager Ingrid she is always working so hard and always smiling no matter how busy the store gets the store is always clean and great service

Madeline was very nasty and said, oh you don't know how to order simply because she misunderstood that I wanted one fish sandwich, a fish sandwich meal, and an apple pie. Totally embarrassing. Shocked and disappointed is more like it. Corporate will get an email from me, uncustomer service friendly people should not be working anywhere.

The workers were just chatting and no one was there to take our orders. I waiting about ten minutes before the manager/the man in charge asked one of the ladies to do the orders and register and not the drive thru.

Got the quarter pounder but did not taste like they just grilled it. Taste like it was steamed because it was pink on inside when I took a bite. Not fresh at all.

The new design and layout work well. Self order kiosks are helpful.

Food is good as usual.

I used to go this Mcdonalds as a kid 20 years ago. I went there again yesterday for the first time with my daughter and all I can say is WOW! Ordering the food through a kiosk was amazingly convenient. The place is extremely clean and the play area amazing. The seating was so upscale I felt like I was in Manhattan but what I loved the absolute most was the customer service. All the servers were so polite and accommodating. They brought out helium balloons to the kids just because. They came over and asked if everything was ok with us and they escorted us with a smile saying we hoped you enjoyed your meal and have a great day. It really did make our day. My daughter had just received shots at the doctor and she was so happy there. So was I. I can't brag about this place enough. I don't eat fast food but I would just go there for the ambience which I don't believe I've ever said about a fast food restaurant.
