McDonald's, Yonkers NY

This McDonalds use to be good. Now they have poor management. The kids that work there are annoying, never comprehend, always.always get the orders wrong. Never hear anything.and the manager is equally the same. The lever of professionalism at this McDonalds is very poor.

Had a craving for Filet O Fish today, swung by and had a good experience. Someone took my order outside, and I paid and had the food within a few minutes. I often swing by here at night after work for a snack, and the experience is always fast and the food is good. I'll be stopping here a lot in the future as well.

Stopped by this McDonald's today seeing that it's close to my doctors office to get something to eat after getting my test done only to have 2 of their employees get their attitude with me because I asked her to repeat my order because she had it wrong. She told me to pull around to the next window and when I was about to drive off I heard a male employee said OMFG these people. When I got to the window she continued to have her attitude so I told her to cancel the order and drove off.

If she don't like her job she needs to quit because there's alot of people out there that would love to have a job

McDonald's is so good and my grandbaby loves McDonald's so much she even says the name when she wants this food and ahe os only 1 years old. Her favor is the French fries and mines too best ever fries

Walking in to pick up a mobile order, you wait in a designated spot and usually in every McDonald's I've been to, there would be a screen that shows your order number which this McD's doesn't have. Employees are difficult to hear from a distance. When asking one of the cashiers for help, he really didn't want to be at his job and it showed in his responses. Not only that but a man ordered a quarter pounder and returned it to the manager since it wasn't cooked all the way. Instead of asking for another burger, he just walked away back to his seat. Either someone is again, not paying attention to detail or wasn't trained enough. Even more so when getting my mobile order, I only got my nuggets, no medium fries, nor my drinks with my meal. Given the event I saw with the displeased man, I'm glad we just decided to walk away.

The food was HORRIBLE! EVERYTHING was old the fries, burgers, nuggets, the sauce EVERYTHING. Told us to park & wait for a second to bring out OLD food

Once or twice a month on weekends, I use the drive through to grab a quick lunch or dinner. Never had an issue ordering through the drive through, and service was always quick. For the one or two times I've gone into the lobby in the past few months, staff are quick, helpful, and following COVID guidelines. Never have an issue with parking either.

Not a great McDonalds in comparison to others I've been to. No one working here ever manages to get my order right.

Always busy but fast and friendly service. SOMETIMES they forget the condiments so make sure to check your bags before you pull off!

Horrible, made me wait for ever even though the order was ready and just sitting there on the counter.

Staff is ghetto and clearly don’t care more than just barely above the threshold for getting fired which is easy for the overnight crew. Fries usually soggier than crisp with no salt. Payment systems constantly breaking down and no communication when it does go down until you pull up to the window.

Ordered through drive through and began eating in the parking lot since the dining room is closed. A McDonald's manager approached me while I was eating in my car and told me I couldn't "hang out" in the parking lot. Never eating here again.

Was told to pull into a parking spot and wait for the drive-thru order because the 2 meals was going to take some time to prep. Got the food and the sauces and napkins that should go in the bags were not in the bag.

Nice eatery and polite staff! Hot food and well served. The place is clean. Actually I'm thinking to come back earlier in any other day and enjoy the neighborhood around.

Never really had an issue with this place.lines can be kinda long for drive thru sometimes but that's normal. I tried the order to pick up thing a couple times and they took FOREVER then my order was wrong both times. Just not worth bothering with. Just do the drive thru or go inside and save yourself time and headache.

I always visit this McDonald's and I ordered a small carmel Frappe and strawberry and banana smoothie. I was asked to pull into the waiting area and they will bring them out. Well 20 minutes later I walked in to find the Frappe on the counter and for the mgr to say the smoothie machine is not working.
I asked for a refund and she did apologize.

Honestly the staff are what makes this place great. During the week I stop in every morning for my coffee and sometimes food and no matter what mood I am in they are always so friendly. They always have a smile and are so pleasant. Keep up the good work guys!

It's close to home and that's about the only good thing, they never give u the things u ask for, no matter how many times I ask to make sure the french fries are hot, I always seem to get them cold, also check ur order before u leave because they seam to always forget to give u something u paid for.

They give you reheated food out of the drawer where they're not supposed to give it to customers anymore I got sick to my stomach me and my family and my friends never again this is a common practice beware
